Dr Heather is terrific! I leave her office feeling refreshed and back to normal! Her bedside manner…read moreis gentle & friendly; I always feel comfortable. Her treatment room has an adjacent playroom for the kids, which is really helpful. Her price is very reasonable - length of treatment is a lot for the money; I've never felt like just a number or rushed through as I have at other chiropractors. Time spent in the waiting room is always short. If you're looking for a family friendly chiro, Dr Heather is it! (She treats kids too!)

A friend suggested I check out this new chiropractor she knew since I'm an RN(I'm on my feet all…read moreday) and had the typical back pain that comes with the job. I was skeptical, but made the appointment. That was over 5 years ago. From the beginning, Dr. Heather put me at ease. She showed me that the back wasn't the only thing chiropractors treated. She's worked wonders on my sinuses and even my bad feet(and, of course, my back). Since I see her every week I've not only become close with Dr. Heather but with her whole family. Her office is attached to her house, so her hours are super flexible. I'm notorious for rescheduling appointments and when I call she and her staff never give me a problem. Dr. Heather is pretty awesome.

In December, I notified this office that my insurance would no longer cover chiropractic services…read more I was told this was common, that the claim would be refiled, and that it would likely be resolved. Based on that information, I continued treatment. The claims were later denied, and I am now being billed $144.54. While I understand that no provider can guarantee insurance payment, patients rely on the information given to them when making care decisions. If I had been clearly informed that coverage would not be approved, I would not have continued services. When I raised this concern, I was referred to the standard paperwork stating services "may not be covered" and directed to address the issue with my insurance company. I have canceled all future appointments. I recommend that patients independently confirm coverage with their insurance provider in writing before continuing treatment, even if the office indicates that billing issues will be resolved.

I think there may be Prozac pumped into the gorgeous PINK facility, because everyone is so happy and chill! (after my visit I realize that this is b/c "Doctor Joe" is such a sweetie, gives you plenty of time and attention and HELPS YOU!!!!). I signed in, per the sign, on the computer. I waited for almost a half hour before inquiring about my appointment. They spelled my last name wrong, a common mistake for me, unfortunately - an i before e thing . . . I then was taken to my table and waited for Dr. Iannelli for about 20 minutes. I played on my cell, but there was a sign to not, plus to relax. Okay, I put my "pacifier" away as instructed. In floats "Doctor Joe." What a doll baby. (I'm biased to Italians, I must admit - "we" are warm and loving people (in general!). We talked in depth about my issues, concerns, and overall health. He explained exactly what he would be doing (ie - adjustments). He was spot on about where my pain was and told me the exact corresponding vertebrae - so wild! I am very much into alternative medications and holistic healing. Dr. Iannelli gave me post appt instructions and warned me that I might be sore the next day, etc. I followed my instructions (icing and laying flat on a hard floor for 3-5 minutes b/f bed) and even went to bed 1/2 hour earlier (I have terrible sleep hygiene!) and woke up FEELING BETTER. NOT my imagination. My range of motion was much better and my pain level probably went down from a 9 to a 6 ?
