I think there may be Prozac pumped into the gorgeous PINK facility, because everyone is so happy and chill! (after my visit I realize that this is b/c "Doctor Joe" is such a sweetie, gives you plenty of time and attention and HELPS YOU!!!!). I signed in, per the sign, on the computer. I waited for almost a half hour before inquiring about my appointment. They spelled my last name wrong, a common mistake for me, unfortunately - an i before e thing . . . I then was taken to my table and waited for Dr. Iannelli for about 20 minutes. I played on my cell, but there was a sign to not, plus to relax. Okay, I put my "pacifier" away as instructed. In floats "Doctor Joe." What a doll baby. (I'm biased to Italians, I must admit - "we" are warm and loving people (in general!). We talked in depth about my issues, concerns, and overall health. He explained exactly what he would be doing (ie - adjustments). He was spot on about where my pain was and told me the exact corresponding vertebrae - so wild! I am very much into alternative medications and holistic healing. Dr. Iannelli gave me post appt instructions and warned me that I might be sore the next day, etc. I followed my instructions (icing and laying flat on a hard floor for 3-5 minutes b/f bed) and even went to bed 1/2 hour earlier (I have terrible sleep hygiene!) and woke up FEELING BETTER. NOT my imagination. My range of motion was much better and my pain level probably went down from a 9 to a 6 ? I can't wait to go back on Saturday - not even kidding! ps - got a business card for a free ten minute massage :)

Everyone in the office is so polite, personable, and professional. Dr. John even brings his sweet dog Bernie to work everyday which is almost like an emotional support dog for me and the other patients who love and bring him gifts all of the time (but if you don't like dogs they will happily keep him away). While the last chiropractor I went to only spent about 5-7 minutes with me, I typically spend a relaxing 45 minutes here between the electric stim and heat packs, targeted adjustments by Dr. John, and even the massage table if you have some extra time. As an avid runner, I always have some sort of muscular imbalance, back or hip problem, or even foot issue. Every single time they have taken care of me and got me back to running. There have been times I've gone in limping and 2-3 visits later, I'm back to running my regular training. If you are a high school or college runner, weekend warrior or even just need to get your back or spine adjusted, I highly recommend them. After every single visit I've always felt better. Aside from them solving the problem and getting to the root issues, they are just nice guys and always willing help. Their entire team is friendly, genuine, and incredible from their front desk staff, to their chiropractors, to Dr. Kemenosh himself. My back pain has now traveled to my sciatic nerve :( More tolerable but it still stinks! Dr Cillo adjusted me, did some stim on my neck and back and some other magical "stuff." Im to continue icing and taking Advil 2. I'll return later in the week. Props to my excellent health insurance company - low co pay and absolutely worth the visit! Im very hopeful !!!
