It takes countless phone calls to even get someone on the phone (legitimately 15 phone calls one afternoon to try and schedule a refill), the wait times have exceeded 2 hours in the waiting room (Maria has apologized personally for these waits), and if you go online to try and schedule an appointment with Maria you'll find she has no availability for over a month out which necessitates the 15 phone calls to schedule an appointment. I spoke with a receptionist about an appointment recently for 2:15pm and told her that I needed to be back home (5 mins away) for a 3:30 work call and she told me, "that won't happen". Assuming a 15-20 minute wait, a 15-20 minute appointment, and 5 minutes to check out, I'd love to know where the other 30 minutes comes from that would prevent me from back in time? Their focus has become "Cool Sculpting" and now "Cavallaro Aesthetics and Wellness" meaning the focus is now on "non-invasive fat reduction procedures". That's simply not a practice I'm interested in being a part of.

Once I got out of the waiting room everything was great. The nurse was quick, I hardly had to wait for the doctor, and my sample came back seemingly immediately. Dr. Renzi seemed caring but not overbearing, answered all of my questions, and put me totally at ease. I didn't even feel awkward when he asked if I was sexually active! I wish I had a doctor like this in Maryland, and if I ever find myself back in Haddon Heights (unlikely), I'll definitely know where to go.
