I work in Lancaster and live near Woodland Hills, and he took care of arranging the proper specialized tow for my electric Mercedes EQS all the way from Lancaster to my home. At a moment when I was terrified, shaken, and had no idea what to do next, he made me feel safe and taken care of. The best comparison I can give is that he is like a great doctor with an exceptional bedside manner. He is knowledgeable and skilled, but just as importantly, he is calm, compassionate, and trustworthy. I knew they were going to have to take the door panel off and that it wasn't necessarily the easiest little fix, so I was genuinely shocked that they were willing to do it for free. They were so accommodating with my schedule that day, got me in quickly, and had everything done in about 30 minutes. I literally begged them to let me Zelle them something for their time and they repeatedly refused. People like this deserve to be recognized. Alfred and his team were so wonderful, and they made the process easier than most trips to Costco on a Sunday afternoon. They also offered to drive me to and from the Enterprise rental car location near them, but I had already rented a car from the Enterprise location closer to our home.
