Charlie typically had the same walkers at the same time each week. They were all professional, caring, attentive, and TRUE dog lovers! I loved Strut the Pup's daily walk reports and photos, which gave me peace of mind knowing he was being well taken care of while I was at work. On a few occasions when I was working from home, I watched as his regular walker arrived--Charlie would be waiting at the window and greeted them with full-body wags every time. When Charlie's hips started bothering him as he got older, the team helped me adjust his walks so he could continue enjoying his outdoor adventures. Sadly, Charlie has since passed, but I've saved many of the walk-report photos his walkers took (like this one), and they remain some of my favorite pictures of him. We've been working with Erica for almost a year now, and our dog walking experience has been spectacular. She's transparent, reliable, professional, communicative, and trustworthy. Our pug, Killah is a senior gal (she sometimes has accidents, and her back legs don't work as well as they used to), but Erica always takes excellent care of her. Anders completely disregarded all of these instructions. He purposely let both of our dogs loose together in the living room. He also lied to us and charged us for one hour of dog walking, 20 minutes for each dog. Instead he walked both dogs together, we had specifically told him he needs to walk both dogs separately, and he was in and out in 30 minutes. Do not trust these people with your pets. They clearly do not care about their safety and will not follow your care instructions.

Ally was wonderful with both kitties. She sent us emails each day with a detailed update and incredible photos. After the first update, I knew our kitties would have a great week - with good attention and play each day with Ally.
