We love London Ridge Pet Resort!…read more I've reached out to Adriana multiple times over the last few years to see if they could accommodate our Maltipoo for several days at a time while we were away on vacation. Every time, they responded quickly, communicated clearly, and made the entire process easy and stress-free. On one occasion, they were even able to accommodate us on very short notice when a family member was unexpectedly unable to care for our pup. We've always had a great experience with London Ridge. We love receiving pictures of our dog while we're away, and it's clear he enjoys the socialization and interaction with the other dogs. They take wonderful care of him, and Adriana has even been flexible with pickup times when needed, which we truly appreciate. Fees are very reasonable as well. Many thanks to Adriana and the team for consistently providing such loving and reliable care. We would absolutely reach out again for any future pet sitting needs!

I can not express how much of an amazing trainer Ian is!…read more I have a dog, Deku, who had behavioral issues. Deku has been through a previous board and train, but I feel like that board and train mainly tackled his obedience, not his behavior issues. I let Ian know about all of this prior to boarding Deku and he made sure to explain his process with me. He also made me write down goals for Deku so that he can focus on them and make sure he tackled through them. I boarded Deku with Ian for 3 weeks and Ian made sure to send over progress pictures/videos every single day! I appreciated the content of Deku because that is basically my baby lol. There was a mid session where Ian taught me how to properly use the ecollar and showcasing what Deku has been up to the time he was with Ian. Deku was pretty much a different dog by the mid session, so it excited me to have him back after the 3rd week. The day I got Deku back, Ian showed me all of the progress and work Deku did and he was completely different. Deku stopped reacting towards people/other dogs and he was very obedient with following all commands! It's been almost a week now and Ian has checked in on Deku while he's been at home for the week and I also have follow-up sessions included in my service! I have been so happy with Deku is at! Before, I would be too scared to bring Deku out in public due to his reactivity/behavior, but I truly believe he is a completely different dog now, for the better! Overall, I would HIGHLY recommend Ian to EVERYONE. He is the real deal. I do feel like Ian knows how to connect with these dogs and emphasizes about how important relationships + communicating with your dog. Ian id the BEST!

That made a huge difference for us and for Ponyo. She's an anxious dog, and Ian has been so patient and intentional with her. He doesn't rush the process and really takes the time to understand each dog. We've seen such a big improvement in Ponyo, especially in how she handles situations that used to overwhelm her. We're beyond grateful for Ian and would recommend him to anyone looking for thoughtful, effective, real world training.

I will never use them again after my TERRIBLE experience. Initially used this service for a short business trip with success so tried again for a longer trip to see family between Christmas and NYE. The company sent a sitter I had never met who incorrectly used the pill injector on my sick, elderly cat and forced her to swallow the over inch-long applicator tip. Resulted in $3,000 emergency vet surgery to remove that I had to manage from out of town. So deeply stressful for me but mainly my poor elderly asthmatic cat!! They handled it but SO unnecessary and only happened bc of their bizarre business model where they pick whichever of their employees are available, not someone who knows your house/pet. So if you get one who knows what they're doing you don't necessarily get them again - it's totally random from the customer's perspective. Instead of enjoying my family I had to spend the time managing the emergency they created from afar, stressed and fuming that I trusted this company to send someone competent to care for my sweet older cat. After the first disastrous pill delivery issue they sent the **same person** again a day later who clearly doesn't know how to give a cat medication and she, again, incorrectly gave my cat her medication!!! My cat gets ill if she misses just one day, the medication is a high-dose steroid for her asthma. The employee did not know how to give her the pill, but still marked the medication as administered on their form (I only figured out it didn't happen when I read the notes) and instead of giving her the pill rubbed it on her gums -?!? I am FURIOUS for my poor cat and at the incompetence of this employee they continue to use, along with the management that assured me they know how to give cats medication and yet still sent this individual out after it was proved that they cannot give a cat medication effectively. The other employees seemed to be ok but I had no choice over who they sent over, meaning every visit was a gamble. If you need anything beyond the most basic service, avoid avoid avoid!!!

This review update is loooong overdue. We've been customers of Sitters4Paws for over 6 years now…read moreand they're just fantastic!! The sitters care for our fur babies so lovingly - we always travel with such peace of mind knowing our boys are looked after so well. They have an app now which makes communication even easier - they send emails/messages and many photos with every visit. The sitters follow any instructions very well - we used to have an elderly cat that needed medications and they took care of it no problems! Making reservations for visits in their app is so easy and they approve them very quickly or reach out if there are any issues or questions. They get very busy around major holidays but always make sure to give us a heads up before things get full - above and beyond! On our first visit, a manager came out to the house and met our pets and set us up with a very solid lock box for the house key that the sitters use to enter and exit. They check the mail and will water plants if needed too. They always give our boys so much love and treats and make sure they get some play time in every visit. They fill their food bowls, top off the water fountain, scoop the litter, and even sweep up! Great service! Their prices have gone up quite a bit since we first signed up - but what hasn't nowadays? Lol - their prices are comparable to other sitting companies locally and it's worth it for the peace of mind we get - huge ty to all our sitters and to Sitters4Paws for all your love and care!

Sadly, kiwi passed away and poor Koji needed some help. It was time to bring him back indoors! His hair was out of control! He was filthy, and needed major grooming. I mean MAJAHHH grooming. Check out the before and after pics... insane. You couldn't even see his eyes. I know bad fur mama. I searched for a local groomer and Sarah was the 1st to respond quickly! I got so lucky because someone had rescheduled and was able to bring Koji in immediately! Sarah is amazing. The minute Koji met her you can tell how passionate she is about her craft. She immediately connected with Koji, and gave me a brief consultation on how long it would take for the services. We left Koji with Sarah. Koji had a lot of work done! It took about 3 hours to make sure every area was given attention too. It's located by the West Covina mall -- so it wasn't a problem to kill some time. Koji got a full service groom ... which was teeth, nails, ears, sanitary shave, haircut/trim, skin check, bath, blueberry facial, and dry. He even came out with a cute bandana. We couldn't really style him because she had no choice but to shave his hair because it was so tangled. But You guys! OMG! He came out looking like a new dog and he smelled like a baby! . She did exceptional. I think there are very few groomers in this world who truly care about their clients and furry customers! Sarah is one of them -- she truly cares about you fur babies and will do whatever it takes to ensure the job is done with care. I highly recommend her for her grooming services! I saw she also offers a doggy day care. It's good to know I have someone I can trust to care for Koji when needed. I hardly give 5 stars unless I feel it's exceptional service--- and this groomer is!! I'll definitely be back! Thank you Sarah for your passion, your craft and attention to detail. Koji will definitely be back!

However, a few red flags made us uncomfortable with leaving our pet there. First, when we arrived, we weren't allowed inside--not even into the front office. Instead, we had to fill out all the paperwork outside. When we asked to see the play area where the dogs would be spending their time, we were also denied access. This raised concerns about transparency. Inside the office, we noticed a TV monitor and asked if it was used for pet parents to check in on their dogs during pet play time , Kevin told us no. This meant that once we left our dog, we had no way of knowing how they were being treated or interacting with other dogs. When we asked for a visual reference of the play area, he only had a few photos, which showed a couch and some toys--not the engaging and structured environment we were expecting. We did leave our dog for the initial evaluation. Before I left I asked him if he can take a video for me for todays at least, so that I can see how my puppy interacts with his stay , he then assured me he would be able to do that. My husband and I left to grab a bite, and returned in 45 min. When we returned I asked to see the video, and he said he did not take a video of my puppy interacting. After we left we discussed it and didn't feel comfortable with the lack of access and transparency. We ultimately decided not to bring our dog back. While we can't say anything negative about how the dogs are actually treated, the fact that pet owners aren't allowed to see where their pets will be playing or how they are interacting raises concerns. For us, peace of mind and trust are essential when leaving our pet in someone else's care, and unfortunately, we didn't get that here. Kevin appeared to be a nice gentleman, and maybe a bit old school, but this wasn't for us.

    No Bull Rehab - Dude

    No Bull Rehab

A very overdue review for No Bull Rehab…read more A little background on our dog, Bubba: we adopted him from the Inland Valley Humane Society after looking for a young adult dog who would fit well with our two small kids. Bubba, a 2-year-old shepherd bulldog mix, seemed perfect -- sweet, potty trained, and a staff favorite. We fell in love immediately. Once we brought him home, though, we realized he had some significant behavioral challenges. Bubba was highly reactive to other dogs and had severe separation anxiety. He was destructive when left alone and even injured himself trying to escape two metal crates. Managing his anxiety while also handling his reactivity became overwhelming for our family. I've had dogs my whole life, so at first I tried working through it on my own. Eventually, though, it became clear we needed professional help. We met with several trainers, but nothing felt like the right fit. Many approaches seemed like temporary fixes that didn't address the root causes of his behavior. When we were expecting our third child, I knew we needed a real solution, so I started researching behavior-focused board-and-train programs. After a lot of searching, I found No Bull Rehab through a rescue organization they worked with. From the very first interaction, Sarah was incredibly responsive, empathetic, and informative. That communication alone stood out immediately. We brought Bubba in for a consultation with Drew and Sarah, and after just one meeting, we knew they were the right people for him. Their ability to read and explain his behavior was such a relief. Drew is so calm and completely in tune with all things dog. We enrolled Bubba in their 8-week behavior modification board-and-train program focused on his reactivity and anxiety. Throughout the process, communication was excellent. We received regular updates and always felt informed and supported. At one point, Bubba injured his foot by puncturing in between his toe on a walk during training, and they took incredible care of him -- coordinating vet visits, follow-ups, and adjusting his training while he healed. We trusted them so much that we chose to leave him there during recovery rather than bring him home. What really made the difference was that Drew didn't just train Bubba -- he trained us. He showed us realistic, sustainable ways to structure our daily life so Bubba could feel safe, calm, and successful. Unlike other programs that required hours of daily training, No Bull's approach fit naturally into real family life. The change in Bubba has been incredible. He's still himself -- a little anxious and quirky -- but now we have the tools to manage him safely and confidently. We can walk him daily, leave him home alone, and enjoy life with him instead of constantly living on edge. Most importantly, he's happier, and so are we. Even after training, Sarah and Drew have continued to be responsive and supportive whenever we've had questions. We live in Orange County and still bring Bubba back to No Bull whenever we travel because they know and understand him so well. Living with a behaviorally challenging dog can feel isolating and exhausting, but No Bull Rehab truly changed our lives with Bubba. We're incredibly grateful for everything they've done for our family, and I cannot recommend them enough.
