I called and Ted answered; provided me with a written detailed estimate. I had several questions after and he returned all my call right away. He did tell me they were a few weeks behind due to the weather and I was ok with that since I had to move the AC unit for them to do the job. During that time Ted answered all my calls and text me with possible start dates. Project started a few weeks after and they were very clean and organized. Ted texted me what days they would work and days they were not. They completed the project in less than a week. The house is back to normal and it looks like they were never there. So not a total tear down. That will save us some cash.
