Seemed confident they could finish in one day. Matthew was very accommodating in meeting with the neighbors to assure them there would be minimal impact/disruption to their properties. There was a mixup in the lift provided and they needed a bigger lift. Matthew assured me it would be fixed at no additional costs to us. Thank you Matthew. Justus, Loa, Kaipo and Karl, were on site early to start on the project. Once the machinery issues with the lift were solved, they had the project done in a couple of hours. Took me up close to inspect the work and fixed another spot that was bothering me. So good to have this done. Want our building to last another 20 years and I feel this repair will insure this doesn't happen again. The crew had a lot of pride in their work. They were scheduled to complete the spall repairs, painting and tile in the lanais only, Is the work supposed to take this long?! We have 10 units on each floor and there are 22 floors. We were told to remove everything off our lanai in July 2024. They never got to my unit until right before Thanksgiving 2024. Mind you, I had lanai furnishings taking up space in my living room that entire time AND I was only able to put them back on the lanai after Christmas 2024, Didn't even have room for our Christmas tree. Additionally, they came back in July 2025 to paint the lanai. I had to call them to clean up the concrete left all over the lanai and it took them a couple weeks to send 2 guys. When they finally came back, these 2 guys didn't have the right "concrete cleaner" and had to come back another day. They took half a day and it still isn't as clean as it was before they started the spall work. The only saving grace is that the workers I've had contact with are friendly and respectful when interacting. Now we had to remove everything from our lanai again because they were going to redo / update the tiles. So many residents complained about the work, the cleanliness and the rate of completion it took! We had to have a special resident meeting about it. Hope they never call this company again!
