When we did, the entire bathroom had to be gutted down to the studs, due to asbestos, which I contracted a specialized company. Then, I called on the best once again, Saratoga Kitchen and Bath to put it back together starting from scratch. Saratoga Kitchen and Bath, are people I trust. They also have the best tile guy in the world, so had him not only do the bathroom flooring and tub surround with beautiful details, but decided to have him do the entryway tile too, while he was there. It turned out beautiful and perfect, just as I knew it would! Plus they are amazing how they can coordinate and schedule the timing around additional work by other vendors, as my Conklin Brothers carpeting and California Closets. They work with you like no other company could, to not only meet my high expectations, (granted, I am a perfectionist) but to exceed my expectations, just as they did before. Seriously, it is worth every penny to get quality workmanship and excellent results. I can hardly wait to do my kitchen, as I know they will excel in design and functionality, as well as trusted workmanship! Thank you once again, Rob, at Saratoga Kitchen and Bath! I'm singing that song, "When you're happy and you know it!"

He'll give you constructive suggestions and ideas, and would not persuade you to anything that's not necessary. Unlike other bigger companies, he personally oversees the whole project from start to finish, hires minimum number of trusted sub-contractors to work along with him. This is probably why he can keep his quote competitive, not to mention he's also licensed and insured which gives us a peace of mind. He has also gone extra miles to help fixing a number of issues around our house (those were not stated on the contract), which my husband and I greatly appreciate. James is young, eager and constantly keeping himself up-to-date with new home improvements technologies. You may want to ask him about the new state-of-the-art storage system. :) All in all we're more than happy with the final results.

-= Work Done =- Enzo…read moreand his crew did a full remodel of the first floor of our 3000sqft house: Gutted kitchen, custom cabinets, all new appliances, hardwood floors throughout, removed gas fireplace in family room and installed direct vent plus media center with TV mount over fireplace including the wiring of 8 in-ceiling speakers. New cabinets in laundry and vanity, tile floors in both. All electrical and plumbing done by Iacomini Construction. -= Review =- Since this was such a large investment for us (~$100K), we had the project quoted by four highly-rated general contractors (including Enzo.) Our first impression of Enzo was that he was very knowledgeable, had great ideas to improve the optimization of our kitchen and family room layout that we never thought of. Enzo was the not cheapest, but he was also not the most expensive (by far). In the end we choose Enzo because of his knowledge and the fact that his quote presented the *best value*. Now that this project is over, we are extremely thrilled with the results. Enzo and his crew were always prompt and courteous during the remodel and we never felt hesitant leaving our home in their care. More importantly they stayed on budget and never cut corners; in fact during demo they found some less-than-ideal work by our home's builders (Shea) and fixed it. Note: You really know somebody is trustworthy and honest when they stand by their work *after* they have all your money; and that is exactly what Enzo did. We had a very small issue in our kitchen where two electrical outlets were not working properly. I called Enzo and within two days he had his Electrician down at my house to fix the issue (only took 30 mins.) Making this issue, after the fact, a priority is something you want in a contractor but rarely see. I would whole-heatedly recommend Enzo for any remodel you may be considering.

We did a reconstruction project after mold renovation, a bathroom remodel that turned out so beautiful and a room addition in our home. I cannot recommend this contractor based on my experience with my bathroom remodel…read more The project included relocating the toilet rough-in by cutting into the concrete slab and installing new plumbing for a custom shower. Despite this being part of the agreed scope of work, the contractor failed to relocate the toilet rough-in. As a result, the toilet was installed approximately 10 inches away from the wall, leaving it too close to the vanity and without the required clearance beside looking horrible. Rather than correcting the plumbing as contracted, the contractor changed the bathroom layout without my knowledge or consent by installing the toilet diagonally so the project would pass the final inspection. This unauthorized design change significantly altered the appearance and functionality of the bathroom. The repositioned toilet is so close to the shower that the glass shower door strikes the toilet when opened. Unfortunately, the workmanship throughout the project was consistently poor. Among the problems I encountered were: The shower glass doors were installed upside down and had cannot be corrected. The hot and cold water lines were reversed. My porcelain sink was chipped during installation, and the damage was covered with a rough repair material instead of being disclosed and properly addressed. Numerous shower tiles were cut incorrectly, resulting in excessive material waste. The contractor was unable to install the large-format tiles selected for the shower pan and ultimately replaced them with a much simpler mosaic tile because he could not complete the original design. Despite repeated discussions about maintaining the continuous veining pattern in the shower niche, the contractor installed the niche tile upside down, disrupting the intended appearance. A floor tile was chipped during construction. Because the tile had been discontinued, it had to be replaced with the closest available match, but the replacement is noticeably different from the rest of the flooring. Overall, I was extremely disappointed by the lack of attention to detail, poor workmanship, unauthorized design changes, and apparent inability to execute the work that was contracted. Instead of correcting mistakes properly, shortcuts were taken that permanently affected both the appearance and functionality of the bathroom. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this contractor to carefully inspect their work, ensure all design changes are approved in writing before they are made, and verify that the contractor has the experience necessary to complete complex bathroom renovations as promised.

Mehrdad is very professional and showed a high level of attention to detail in his work on our home…read morerenovation. Where his work ethic and attentiveness really stood out for us was not when things were smooth sailing (which was most of the time), but in the few times where reality deviated from expectations. For a big project like remodeling a house, the question is not IF there will be miscommunication between client and contractor, but WHEN- there are too many moving parts to avoid it completely. But when things (very rarely!) were off, Mehrdad stepped up and made good on his promises to fix the issue, and, crucially, took detailed notes for himself to refer to, ensuring the changes were made to our satisfaction and agreement. Even months after the project was completed and the pay checks were cut, Mehrdad continued to stay in contact with us and even stopped by a few times to check on how things were going, making minor tweaks to the house as needed. The level of customer service he provided was incredible, and far beyond anything we've experienced with a contractor (and we've done a few home projects by now). And he is just a great guy all-around. Highly recommended!
