Also, she is very gentle and shows you respect as soon as you arrive to the door. The wait was about 2 hours. Doctors usually wait until the waiting room is pretty full before finally coming in. After that the girls trickled into his office one by one pretty fast. When it was my turn the Dr asked if I've ever given birth before, I hadn't, so he tells me about this 2 day procedure I would need to have. He explained that he didn't want to overstretch me so Monday I'd come in for some dilation medication and Tuesday I'd go through with the abortion. The lady in the front (I will get her name) that helped me with my paperwork was a gem. She was super sweet and attentive. The lady I saw after her was just as comforting and welcoming. I've never had a sweeter lady take my blood pressure. AND THE PRICES!!! You can't beat their prices. A lot of people like to say cheaper is not always better but in this case it's a win win. I spoke with all the ladies in the waiting room waiting on their turns for their procedures and when I mentioned this was my first time at this location they all had nothing but good things to say. All I can say is it's Sunday already and I can't wait to go back tomorrow morning. Is that weird?

He also delivered my baby at the hospital (Memorial Regional, top notch hospital hands down) and made me feel extremely comfortable from A to Z. Dr. Alvarez was also very helpful during the postpartum steps (that were sometimes challenging physically and emotionally, at least for me) The nurses and front desk ladies are also very nice and always helpful. The doctor does not hand the lady that checks patients out anything when they're leaving, so it's up to the patient to remember the date of the next scheduled appointment, it's up to the patient to know about prescriptions, it's basically up to the patient to know everything because she will not get up and go ask the doctor anything. Then when I left a message saying maybe there should be some more communication with the back assistants and the checkout in the front, she called me back and was very rude. She asked me why I thought that. I explained to her with over 25 years in medical offices I know that the responsibility does not land on the patient nor on the doctor it always lands on the employees, like it or not. My question was about if they sent my prescription and where they sent it to, but apparently that question was too much for her to handle, and I had this lady being rude to me on the phone, giving me a huge attitude. And I pray that they record the phone calls and I want the doctor to listen to how she spoke to me. Also, the doctor giving me samples and I asked her about that too. And she replied well I was not in the room with him so how am I supposed to know? And I told her that simple you just get up and ask him, and apparently that was too much for her to handle as well. The way she was so comfortable having such a big attitude for two really simple questions is quite absurd.

Staff: His staff is super nice. When I made my initial appointment, the young lady was very helpful and the process was smooth. Now that I make my appointments a year in advance (while I am at current appointment), I appreciate that they call to remind you about your appointment when it is time. Facility: The facility is clean; even the bathroom. I have been to places where the bathroom is not the cleanest. Triana: I love the fact that Dr. Triana is honest. He always ends his appointments with "If you don't hear from us, everything is fine." I appreciate that because some doctors will call you in and collect a co-pay just to tell you that you're fine. So this is huge for me! I look forward to many more visit with Dr. Triana!
