She is so pleasant. The hygienists feel like my besties. They know I have sensitive teeth and give me special local numbing medicine that makes my cleanings more comfortable. They always seem excited to see me and I can tell they remember who I am each time. The dentist, Joe, is always personable and has a great sense of humor. I can tell he is great at what he does. I visited it a total of 3 times only for cleaning. On my first visit of the year I went for a cleaning ( my insurance covers 2 cleaning a year), last week I received a bill from my dentist for $213.00. So I called my insurance and they said that they could not cover that bill because my dentist was not in my network anymore, then she said that they can change that as they please, she asked me if I was notified and I said no, so she said that I needed to call them. I spoke to the lady in the billing department and she was very rude and disrespectful, I told her that I should have been told about it by a phone call, text or email that my visits were not covered anymore, if I knew I would not have got the last teeth cleaning. But instead they didn't tell me and charged me for it. When I told the lady it wasn't fair and I would not pay the bill, she raised her voice and threatened me that she would send me to a collection agency, so I just hanged up the phone.. Having been in customer service my whole life , never would I talk or disrespect anyone this way! This woman should not be dealing with people because her customer service sucks!!

From the minute I sat in the chair and met the Dr I was immediately at ease. He is super friendly and accommodating. He did his check and I made my appts to get it fixed. The only downside for me is they aren't in network with my dental insurance, and I believe they are only contracted with 2. So you may want to contact them prior about this if that's important to you. Luckily they do work with most PPO dental programs so I was able to use them and not pay the full amount myself. Other than that, I couldn't be happier. I will definitely recommend him to anyone who asks

it's not that he's a horrible dentist, it's just that wood isn't exactly the friendliest of…read moredentists that i have experienced. almost every-time i went there, i felt that he was disappointed in me or that i was some obligation of a client. there was one time when i had an oral infection that he wasn't as bad...i was pretty scared though...i had an abscess that made me look like quasimodo....at that time i was a young adult 19-20 ish and i missed the big halloween weekend. the infection was by my jaw, so i could barely open my mouth to eat. i was on a diet of grilled cheese sandwiches(flattened w/a spatula) and tomato soup. needless to say, i was pretty bummed out. this was the only time in our 3 year dental relationship that he was nice. another time, his assistant was late and he seemed REALLY agitated by this and when she arrived he yelled at her in front of me. i find this to be unprofessional and rude. .he should have spoken to he in a private manner instead of in front of a client...it's belittling. i think that as far as the mechanic of dentistry goes, he's ok. but as for customer service and being a boss...not so much. I don't know if it's still true, but at the time, he was the only dentist that accepted tricare prime(the military dental insurance) which i was insured under through my dad, being a retiree.

Teeth cleaning I got was halfassed and rushed. It's not worth it to go to this "dentist" and have a lifetime of pain from routine dental work. PLEASE don't go to Cheshire family dental.

The technician was very careful to be gentle and very thorough. I liked that Dr. Chambi actually came in and finish cleaning my teeth and discussed daily routine and why certain things were important during certain times of day. Previous dentist offices the technician does all the work and you see the dentist for 2-3 minutes. I am very grateful for the referral and feel I've found my dentist office, finally.

It had to be extracted. We have to trust our dentist as a second opinion is usually not realistic. Dr. Waletzko, in my opinion, cannot be trusted!
