That is why you are licensed and bonded. What will it take to get a response? We are devastated. This was the second time we used this company and never thought this would happen to us. We expect a call after this review with insurance information. It shouldn't come to this in order for a business owner to help his clients. Why will he not return our many attempts at contact. If a company did this to him after a loss how would he feel? Past time to do the right thing. Not sure how he can sleep at night.

I was told I needed two trucks but one truck came with some other persons stuff on it. Between that and the poor job loading the second truck they had to go back to pickup the TV's and a few things. They didn't wrap the TV in blankets plus they dropped the glass table also not wrapped. The terrible group didn't want to go upstairs with some of the boxes so they put them in the garage when I wasn't watching. We gave them water and drinks and they left the empties on the floor.
