My son was on a 4th floor apartment the furthest you could be from any door with a move to another apartment complex. I closed my apple watch steps and workout ring more than TWICE today if that gives you any idea... Jordan, Pierce and Kyle have to be the hardest working AND the darn nicest movers in the entire universe. Not one thing was broken, not one wall or piece of furniture was scratched. And they were so kind and cheerful- like how in the tarnation could anyone be so polite and happy while lifting heavy yhings in sweltering Columbia heat all freaking day?? And yet- they absolutely were. We ended up hiring these guys after our original move in date was botched and it was honestly a blessing in disguise. If you need anything moved- call them. We spent the evening cleaning and unpacking and I wished I could have kept those boys with us. They are THAT good! They lost all the pieces to my 3 dresser mirrors, they had them mixed up with the wrong dressers and time was ticking. They left some furniture peices at the loading address so they couldn't install 1 set. They were nice young men but they did not have the strength to take some of my furniture upstairs.They really struggled. When reinstalling some of the furniture pieces, they were confused on how to put them back together. I called the manager and told him my concerns that these guys may need one other person. But he said he would have to charge me, instead of just satisfying the customer. It got very frustrating for me as a customer. I will never hire these guys again!

I never had any service where the movers arrived early. That automatically rated high in my books. Upon arrival, the leader introduced himself, asked if I could show him the apartment ( I guess to see all what I had) then said if I had in questions or concerns to let him know. He gave the crew instructions and they got to work. Thinking the job would take 2-3 hours because I lived on the 3rd floor, to my surprise (#2) they were done in 1 hour and 30 minutes (yes I timed them). During the loading, the movers would stop to see if I'm ok, hold small talk but they had a method and I liked that. No scratches to my wall or furniture as they were careful with my items. The items I didn't not want, the men carried them downstairs so I could trash them... imagine trying to throw things away and living on the 3rd floor. Trust me I was thankful. At my destination, I met the owner Tim. He was very professional during the conversation. The unpacking of the truck was even easier, as it took them 45 minutes and they were done. I couldn't believe it. I can't say enough of how these movers were the best I've had. I will definitely use them in the future. Thank you for treating my items as if it was your own.

The two gentlemen, Rodney and Demario, are the most polite movers I have ever met. Although I did not hire them, they treated me as if I did. The owner of Prohelp, Parker, came to my home at the beginning of the move, introduced himself, went over the process of the move, got my approval and left. The move began. Rodney and Demario treated each piece of furniture as if it were their own. They wrapped every piece in padding and shrink wrap.
