While I'm sure no one is happy with the valuations that current appraisals are coming out at, we were more upset by the lack of attention to detail and the fact that they missed multiple items which effected the valuation of the property. Even after being asked to review the appraisal, they still missed major appliances like our refrigerator, washer/dryer, and microwave.
