She initially said the appraisal would take a few days, but it ended up taking almost a month and repeated contacts. Unfortunately, she accidentally appraised my property, instead of the address I had requested (in writing and in person). When I informed her of the error, she refused to either refund me or appraise the correct property. I ended up having to take her to small claims court to get a refund, where we won a judgment for the full amount plus expenses. She was extremely rude in court. I would avoid her at all costs.
