His guidance and expertise made what could have been a stressful experience feel smooth and manageable. About a year after purchasing our home, Miguel helped us refinance, allowing us to remove our PMI and secure an incredible 2% interest rate. His knowledge and strategic approach truly made a difference for our family. After living in our home for seven years and making some updates along the way, our growing family decided it was time to move into a larger home in 2026. Once again, we trusted Miguel's advice and experience. With kids, it was important for us to make the transition as smooth and quick as possible, and Miguel delivered. He helped sell our home within two weeks and got us into contract on our new home shortly after. We were even able to close within two weeks. Miguel is incredibly knowledgeable, strategic, and honest. He communicates clearly, is proactive throughout the process, and always makes himself available when needed. He is easy to work with and truly gets the job done. I highly recommend Miguel to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced loan professional. We would absolutely choose to work with him again in the future.
