She initially said the appraisal would take a few days, but it ended up taking almost a month and repeated contacts. Unfortunately, she accidentally appraised my property, instead of the address I had requested (in writing and in person). When I informed her of the error, she refused to either refund me or appraise the correct property. I ended up having to take her to small claims court to get a refund, where we won a judgment for the full amount plus expenses. She was extremely rude in court. I would avoid her at all costs.

She added that appraisal on without me having to schedule another appointment. She was very kind and honest which made her super trustworthy. When I initially ordered the appraisal, he stated it would be no more than $100 if the update is done within a month. Then it was $200 when I actually needed the update. Then since it was for a different lender, it would be a new full appraisal. I would say avoid him possible. There are too many good professional appraiser, you do not need the aggravation dealing with him.
