This medical supply company for some reason is not contracted with DisneyWorld which I think is a…read moreshame as I was highly satisfied. My ten year old daughter has Down Syndrome and Scoliosis. She is too tall for typical strollers and when she does walk is very slow, not to mention she will tire easily. We no longer have a stroller that fits her and she is not comfortable in a wheelchair. We had rented a regular stroller the last time we went to Disney and it was definitely worth it. But again, we needed a special needs size for a four foot tall 78 pound girl. Fortunately Orlando Medical Supply had them listed online. They have a decent selection of strollers- we happened to choose the Special Tomato Push Chair which was very clean, and worked perfectly for our needs. I was able to order everything online including filling out the rental agreements and the company called me to verify when I missed checking a box. Their customer service is very pleasant, they respond very quickly to emails as well. They deliver the unit to a resort if you are staying, so we had our stroller delivered to Fort Wilderness. The company texted the day before to verify the time we scheduled the pickup. I adjusted it back an hour as we had to add an extra hour as we seemed to be running slower with everything we did. That wasn't an issue and I met with the delivery driver the next night at the scheduled time. The driver calls 10 minutes before scheduled to verify the meeting time/place. He took the time to show me how the stroller worked and the quirks about the stroller (front wheels sometimes lock and the unit spins). Pickup was just as streamlined as the dropoff. I highly recommend this company if you need to rent a stroller (which I highly recommend doing if you have younger kids!)

We picked it up since this is my first time using an ECV scooter, so wanted to understand the size and other factors. Joseph was extremely helpful and explained in an easier way to disassemble and assemble the scooter. We got a 3 wheel GoGo. With full charge we were able to use it throughout Disney Magic Kingdom park without the need to plug in and charge. It easily fit into our boot (SUV) as well. One part is bit heavy so might need another person to help you out to lift it. But the whole assembly took less than a minute. Joseph was very communicative as well. Would recommend to use their website for price and specific details about the ECV's. They do drop off and pick up as well. I chose to do the drop off and pickup. A family owned business is what I heard from them. Hassle free and convenient. Would highly recommend this place for your rentals.

I called ahead, customer service was friendly and courteous. The scooter was delivered at the time promised by a friendly staff member. He explained everything to me. (Unlike other companies). I used the scooter to scoot around my Disney Hotel and then on a Disney Cruise ship. When the cruise docked, I left the scooter at the Port Canaveral pier as instructed. No hassle and problem! The regular sized scooter was so comfortable and had great power and zip. I will definitely rent again from Walker Scooter Rentals! Plus, inexpensive too! This scooter made my vacation so much fun!

Talked down to me. Told me to leave Disney world and leave the scooter dead in Disney world (except how would I get out of the park I can't walk that far?!) told me to forfeit the tickets I'd paid for and go to hotel! Told me all equipment is new. It wasn't. You could tell by looking. Even the delivery driver laughed and said they had not had anything new in a long long time! I lost park time with my son on his 16th bday and getting to see him meet all the Star Wars characters and take pics of it! Which is all he wanted for his bday! The bank made it right when I filed a dispute on the charge for damaged equipment and I did get my money back that way. I did give the owner time to do it on his own but I heard nothing from them after the email. So my bank did it. I use to love them. Now I'd never rent from them again even if it was free! I'm sure the owner will get on here and berate me again as he has done with others on these reviews that speak the truth. It's sad to see an owner act this way and speak to his customers the way he does. If I could give zero stars I would. I could go into a ton more details on exactly what was said by him but I'm sure only so many characters are allowed here. Just be WARNED!!

Both had some minor mechanical issues (mainly with the canopies falling apart because the hardware was loose). The on/off switch on one of the scooters started failing after a few days - turning the key to the of position did nothing, the scooter remained powered up. Then the switch failed completely - the dash indicators showed that it was powered on, but the scooter wouldn't move.
