I was seen by a telehealth physical therapist over a week ago on Monday and was told that I would get a call by Thursday letting me know if they were authorized to treat me. I called on Thursday and left a message called on Friday. Left a message called on Monday left a message and now it's Tuesday And this snarky lady has the audacity to tell me that she's too busy to contact a doctor to find out if I should be doing this type of therapy and then I'm hung up on?
