Several factors played into me writing this review. First, they expect you to be there 1 hour…read morebefore your appointment which seems very excessive when completing the paperwork/tablet question only takes 20 minutes or less. Second, the receptionist was not overly friendly even though I tried. Third, the room that I was taken into only had a chair to sit in and the massage table that was in there was full of brochures (?). Lastly, when the doctor came in the first comments out of his mouth was that he couldn't look at ANYTHING else other than what I was referred to them for. NO EXAM was performed to determine if what I was referred to them for was truly what the issue was or not. I don't understand why doctors don't feel like they have to do exams and talk to a patient to get their background on what's going on. Assuming they are the specialist? Only wanted to schedule a cortisone injection and I've since canceled because I'm not sure that will make any difference and not getting steriods injected into me just because they can get paid for it. Very disappointing when you're in pain and trying to find the root cause.
