Continuing my journey to good health I find myself in the office of Dr. Kirti Kalidas once again. I…read moremet him a couple of years ago with my mom but she was not agreeable. I need his IV therapy and Dr. Fernandez thought IV chelation would be the best way to get rid of toxins. From the moment I walked in, was greeted with smiles and professionalism. Everyone in this office I met are so friendly and caring. Dr. Kalidas is a Bredesen trained physician. He is a very knowledgeable compassionate doctor. He suggested a few weeks of wellness IV to bring my nutrient level up and than IV chelation beginning January to get rid of the heavy metal toxins. Sounds like a plan, I can't wait for the new year! The IV suite consists of recliners around the room. It took about an hour. It was a nice social hour. There were a few other woman there. I met a lovely young woman named Nicole she's a Functional Medicine health coach if your looking for one. Very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this office. The office does not take insurance but I'm going to submit receipts to my insurance company and hope to be reimbursed.

I applied ice, heat, ointment, antiinflammatories, pain medicine, sauna, water exercise, hot wax, hot rice pack, I mean what else could I have tried, even went to my general practitioner. My children (adults) were so worried because all I did was sleep and take meds. My son took upon himself to seek other medical professionals to care for his mom (this would be me). He saw an ad on Facebook which was running a special for a first visit treatment, he booked it, Thursday, 6/28/2018. Got moody self ready on this day, hoping dearly this Dr. Could help me. I was so tired of feeling this horrible pain which had me truly depressed. If I only knew what had started this pain, I would definitely not do it again, but I didn't plus they way I was feeling it didn't matter anymore what lead me to this point, I wanted relief. My gut feeling lead me to trust this person to make things better for me. Finally, I arrive, fill out the usual paperwork which honestly I found very hard to fill out due to my arm pain. Enter his office notice all the natural medicines which may me feel estatic since this is something that fascinates me and am looking to do my doctorates in hopefully this Fall 2018. We chat about my pain and how did it happen, we concluded it was the planks exercise I had done. Well Dr. Orta began his therapy, though it was painful it felt good. I embrazed the pain and became one with it. I go home and I felt like I have been beaten. To my surprise, I get a phone call from this Dr. Seeing how I was feeling. I told him how I was feeling he said it was normal feeling after treatment. I was so upset because I felt really achy. I could not sleep, tossing and turning because of so much pain. I finally fell asleep. Opened my eyes the next day afraid of moving around and feeling this pain all over. I took a step at a time and lived slowly. Not feeling the pain I moved at a normal speed. I sat up and felt good, moved around a bit more and to my enlightment the pain from the night before and day before had subsided quite a bit.
