F**K THIS ST*PID A*S PLACE 4/13/2018 my grandfather died in this place. still to this day, im…read moregrieving the loss of my bestfriend, my only father figure, and the glue to my family. 1- didnt force my grandfather who wasnt very comprehensive, didnt rotate him frim time to time. (resulted in sores and blisters on his rear). & 2- (he was a fall risk) asked numerous of times, to use the bathroom. and didnt get help and so it lead to him trying on his own. he then fell and they left him knowingly, for 10-15 minutes. still didnt help til EMS got there. i was 11 when i lost my best friend to your poor professionalism. im not turning 19 this year. my papa wasnt there to see me after elementary, watch me get my first job, car, boyfriend, ect. he wouldve been so proud to seen my fiancé. and see him in the military and seeing how happy he makes me. this place honestly should be shut down, we use to have a good look on this place. (yes they were sued)

My father was there about 60 days and passed from Sepsis that went untreated despite my continued concerns of what I know now was a sepsis rash. His organs litterally shut down it was horrible. My mom was in the same facility and was oxygen dependent after a shower one evening they failed to reconnect her oxygen for about 12-15 hrs. We ended up having to call hospice in which the facility was terrible about and I had her removed to hospice care so she could be treated with the dignity she deserved. Please please please don't make the same mistakes our family made the heartbreak and guilt I live with daily is awful.

A food was fair at best and the nursing and AIDS had a lot to be desired plus a staff member stole $250 from me which was never recovered. They disappoint at best. I do not personally recommend this location. For any of your personal or family needs. Please see another location and Citrus County that may be suit for you.
