They never really communicated with the customers on why it closed for nearly a year. They just disappeared into thin air. Then all of a sudden it opened back up under ownership. I'll be the first to say that it's not the same at all. They don't have most of the things I used to purchase before the first one closed. For example, I used to always order Oreo vanilla shakes. Now they don't serve them anymore. I used to always stop there to get a few Powerade or Gatorade drinks for the road. They don't sell those anymore. The last time I stopped there for a Powerade, they said the only fruit-type drink available was Calypso. I reluctantly order one of the Calypso drinks and the kid proceeds to hand me a HOT one. It's 120 degrees outside and they give me a hot drink. I asked him why he gave me a hot Calypso and he said sorry and gave me a small cup of ice for my troubles. That's not going to win you any customers. I also forgot to add that I came up one morning to try the new chicken biscuit sandwich. This was around 830 or 845. So I was assuming that they'd have plenty of breakfast ready. Nope. They told me it was going to take 20 minutes to make the sandwich. Luckily I had to stop home and was going to pass by again, so I told them I'd be back. I reluctantly came back to get the sandwich. It was tasty, but it shouldn't have taken 20 minutes to make it. I'm willing to bet it won't take Tim Horton's 20 minutes to make a breakfast sandwich. I'm trying my best to support Farm Stores, but this new regime is clearly cutting corners on supplies and everything else the old regime had. It's not the same place as it was before. Not even close.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS…read more ABRAM was an excellent cashier and he handled all of my concerns with courtesy and a smile. As I entered the store I was returning an item and did not have a bag. When I walked in store with the item Abram assured me it was okay to proceed to line. I wanted to make sure there was no suspicious activity of stealing due to no bag of entering store and getting in line. As I proceeded to cash register ABRAM greeted me with a smile, completed the return in which I had a receipt and made sure all of my needs were met. ABRAM is a great assest to this establishment and he needs to be recognized for his amazing customer service skills

Service is okay, but the convenience store is very expensive here, which is why I decided to give it a 3 star rating.

This is a gas station and convenience store as well but they have food trucks at some of the locations as well and they also serve hot food for purchase as well. That is convenient if you want to get gas as well as grab some hot food or dinner from the food truck while you're there! The Exxon gas stations in Virginia where I reside don't offer those perks. For that matter no gas stations in Virginia offer those perks!!.. I would definitely recommend stopping here in Katy, Texas for gas and more!.

We want to thank Jeremy who helped us get our babies passport photos taken! We were flexible and…read morewilling to help make it easy for the CVS staff. The other CVS location on Franz & Katy Hockley didn't event want to try to take the passport photo and told us that it depends on the age if a CVS location can help us or not... No where did I read on any CVS location that passport photos vary by age per location. I know babies can't sit up on their own, it's as simple as holding them and snapping the pic. Again kuddos to Jeremy at this Westgreen location making the effort to help us out in getting a baby passport photo taken for us.
