Went to take my passport pictures. 10/22/25 @ 1:30pm. The woman at the passport photos kiosk, told me I had to wear long sleeves to take my picture (weird). I went back to my car and put on a sweater. Then she took a few photos and told me I could smile. Then proceeded to choose the FIRST picture where I'm not smiling. Never showed me the rest of the photos taken and did not give me the option to choose. Please fire her she sucks for that. read more

We went to Walgreens to get passport photos for our children. The gentleman that was helping us,Joven was professional, and very helpful. He had a lot of people at the photo booth. He was doing a lot of different things, helping a lot of different customers. A lady by the name of Karen, came from the front of the store with two other people to do their passport photos Our photos were already in the computer being printed. We were in line ahead of these other people. We also have an 11 month old baby. That was ready for a nap. The lady Miss Kathy proceeds to only help the people that she brought back there to redo their passport photos because they had already been there once and they were wrong Not a problem. The problem was her failing to print out our photos or give us our photos because we were ahead of the other people, and only took out their photos and left ours in the printer. Never acknowledged us. Never said our photos were ready. Someone would be right with us. Absolutely nothing. I found that very rude when we were in line ahead of those people. read more

Today was my THIRD time coming back to drop off a FedEx package after the two previous times no one helped me even after requesting help to the photo counter. I would rate this location Zero star if I could have done so. So unorganized and not customer-friendly! I called them to pick up some meds. They said it is gonna be ready in an hour. Went to the pharmacy to pick it up one and a half hour later and Daniel told me to wait half an hour so the pharmacist could put it on the system. Waited for half an hour and stood in the line again. It was not ready again. Asked Daniel, the employee to ask the pharmacist to finish her parts because I can't wait here hours. I'm at the counter and finish my order. They did not do it. Not to be confused with Walblues or Walyellows, this is a local expensive national chain pharmacy in the Katy area (N Fry Rd close to the Walmart we go to and several boba shops we go to). Expensive (just like every Walgreens) but with several products (such as my hair dye) that we can't really find anywhere else, especially late at night. We don't like the prices but it can be a hell of a lot more convenient than going without. So if you're getting yourself all worked up from overthinking everything, then you might need a visit to the drugstore, and if it's late night in Katy, this is one of your only options. This place is the slowest pharmacy on the face of the planet. It takes 10 minutes per car to get prescriptions in the drive through and there is always at least 4-5 cars. This is probably the busiest Walgreens on Fry Road to include the intersection it is on. Just like most Walgreens, it has most of the items for daily needs. It was stocked well and service was polite (Cashier). The outside was dirty and unhygienic particularly around the redbox area. Cigarette butts all over the place and there is a water drain about 10 feet away that smelled funky. I uploaded a picture. The water running down from the drain had a tinge of green... Honestly... It was gross. In prior occasions some areas of the redbox cement was wet and mixed with the cigarette butts. *shiver* If you do come here, park away from the area I mentioned and it should be alright. read more

I walked to the prescription area of the store to pick up some medication for friend. A young man behind the counter started waving his arms and telling me to come here in a rude manner. He kept walking back and forth so I wasn't quite sure which station I was supposed to be at. When I finally just picked a station, he asked me the normal questions very curtly. When we were done with that transaction he threw the bag at me. This is not the first time I've had a bad experience at the prescription area of the store. Would not accept out of state resale certificate even though Texas does allow out of state tax sales certificates. ( I looked at code after this experience.? This was the first one that has refused it) Additionally, the manager who claimed to know all the Texas tax code, was extremely rude. We apologized to the nice cashier, paid, and left. I HATE the pharmacy portion. I would have given them zero stars if I could. They are COMPLETELY incompetent. 30 days ago, my doctor called in a 90 day supply for a prescription that keeps me alive. They gave me a bottle of 30 pills (because that is what the insurance will pay for) but then online claimed they gave me 90. They are refusing to refill the prescription unless I provide the bottle as proof they only gave me 30, and don't understand why I don't carry the bottle around with me. I yelled at them. My doctor called and yelled at them. They won't budge. I am in a hurry to head out on vacation in the morning and only have 3-4 pills left. THEY screwed up and are placing the burden of proof of THEIR mistake on me. I've never liked them anyway since it takes 30 minutes to pick up 1 prescription there. read more

Been using this pharmacy for 30 years but the whole operation has degraded! They've given me the wrong medication on several occasions in the past year because the box it came in looked like the right box to them. I ate the cost because I didn't catch the error until I opened it. They removed my sensitive meds from the original packaging because they thought it would be easier to package it in bulk...except they didn't pack the defacdent to keep it dry. They were insensed when I made them repackage it in smaller containers with the defacdent. They've substituted medication because the correct meds weren't in stock. Nope!! The staff I have dealt with have been rude. They staff changes regularly...do they have trouble keeping help? Medications have not been readily available when needed for refill. Suddenly meds are coming from a central location and not the pharmacy directly. Their answering system is terrible- staff will hang up if they're busy. I need a new place. read more

I go to this Walgreens all the time, I buy a carton of my cigs every week. Went today(Saturday 6/6/2020) and the clerk, didn't look to see her name, anyway, I asked her if they had a carton of my cigarettes, before I could even finish, she told6me no with an attitude. The white lady I normally deal with checks in the back without me even asking, the black lady today didn't offer and with her attitude I didn't ask. I save $10 on the carton at Walgreens but I guess I'll just buy them at my job for the savings caus6i definitely will not spend my mine3at Walgreens anymore6. If I could give this location zero stars, I would. Every time I have called this location the staff sound like they hate their jobs and my call is an inconvenience. When I needed medications transferred they told me I had to go to another pharmacy to transfer. When I would go to the other pharmacy I was sent right back. The pharmacy manager Chris is very unprofessional and spoke to me as if I didn't have a basic education. He had me on speaker phone (privacy issue) the entire time while I spoke about my multiple issues and specific medications for staff and customers to hear. He dismissed all of my claims and told me I could "go to another pharmacy". In the beginning, despite the terrible reviews at this site I gave them a chance. I was very very disappointed on how unprofessional the staff and the manager have consistently conducted themselves. If you are unable to work in a career that includes customer service then don't make our lives miserable by working there. I will now be switching to H‑E‑B pharmacy. read more

I read a review about Roxanne and I can certainly say that I disagree. I came in and was having a rough night because of the rain and an assortment of things. When I walked in, I asked if they were still open and Roxanne greeted me with a huge smile and said "we are open 24 hours"!. I had trouble with my card and even bought the wrong thing and she helped me put throughout the whole process. I was super impressed as I, myself work in retail and found it refreshing to meet someone with the same caliber of customer services I expect from my team. I tried to tell the manager what a delight he was and he seemed disinterested and only eager to get the transaction over. This place is always picked over. The parking is usually crap too. Watch out for the old-bag cashier who will tell you her life story when all you want to do is buy what you came in for (if you can find it) and get out of there. Not to mention you have to hear the same speech 4 times while you stand in line and listen to her rattle off. Sometimes people need to learn to read body language and figure out that not everyone cares about what a 50 year old cashier who lives with her mother wants to talk about. Like many things in life, Walgreen's is a necessary evil. I guess this plaec would be better off if the management used a little better sense when hiring their staff. Also, they should probably pay more attention to the items they are running out of; especially during flu season. read more

This walgreens is ridiculous. Their drive thru service is so slow. Isnt a drive thru for pick up and drop offs only??? The pharmacy staff and managers need to evaluate the pharmacy pick up and policies. If a patients prescription isnt ready or their are insurance issues they should have the patient come into store rather than let the other patients wait in line for a prescription that is ready. This happens every time when i utilize the drive thru service. I have definitely considered switching pharmacy for this reason. I do auto refill for convenience then have to wait a lengthy time in line to pick up. read more

Slowest pharmacy...I waited for an hour for my sons medicine before going through the drive-thru only to be told it would be at least another hour. This was after I called, sat on hold for 30 minutes and they hung up on me. After an hour, I called only to find out through the automated system it was going to be another hour before it would be ready! I dont even believe they deserve a star. They NEVER get my prescriptions right! I called to have a prescription transferred to this location since it was cheaper and more convenient. The woman said she would call and tranfer it, this was at 9am on saturday. When i showed up at 6pm no transfer had been made and i was told to come back in 15 to 20 minutes. I made sure the price for my 1 mnth supply was correct. My husband picked it up for me the next day and it was 3 times as much as the guy the day before told me! They have me under the wrong insurance, i dont use insurance, i called and was told to bring my GoodRX card and when i did show up i was told that since it had already left the pharmacy they couldnt do anything about refunding my money. And he said that with my good rx card it was more expensive, which i KNOW is complete bullshit bc it says the price on my app and its definetly not 40 bucks. I will never use this location again. The oeople are rude, they are not professionals and they should not be in customer service. All of them must hate their lives. They know how to mess up someones day. read more
