They were properly labeled, in good condition, and have never had issues with professional cleaning before. When I raised the issue, there was no meaningful explanation or accountability, and I was left with clothing that is now unwearable. For a service that advertises professional care, this level of damage is unacceptable. I'm pretty disappointed since I'm on vacation, especially given the cost of the garments. I would not recommend this cleaner if you are about clothing.

I've never been to Swiss Cleaners before but I worked in the service industry for years so I always enter a business with a smile and cheery tone. I did my best to overlook her attitude(it was 8am, I completely get not being a morning person). The next day I returned to drop off more clothes and she was still absolutely awful. I tried coming later in the day to pick up my first order and cancel my last order and the blonde lady was just as off putting.
