I've never been to Swiss Cleaners before but I worked in the service industry for years so I always enter a business with a smile and cheery tone. I did my best to overlook her attitude(it was 8am, I completely get not being a morning person). The next day I returned to drop off more clothes and she was still absolutely awful. When I raised the issue, there was no meaningful explanation or accountability, and I was left with clothing that is now unwearable. For a service that advertises professional care, this level of damage is unacceptable. I'm pretty disappointed since I'm on vacation, especially given the cost of the garments. We dropped off, he got his clothes back OK, my pants were untouched. I offered to leave a pair of pants as an example of the length I wanted with the new ones and the they said it wasn't needed. Days later my new pants were hemmed too short. Although the dry cleaning was done OK the alterations were a hassle and done incorrectly. My pants were cut and now shorter than Capri's so unwearable. We're looking for a new place.
