But it clearly wasn't "Hello" or "Cleaners & Alterations" etc. when I asked him if I had reached the right place, he said yes, but it sounded impatient and angry. I was wasting HIS time. I wanted to know if they had a price list. Nope. Don't have that. But he did say it would cost $20 to take up a pair of men's pants. I asked about a ladies skirt. He told me he would have to see the skirt. Then he hung up on me. Great customer skills.....NOT! So I guess I will keep trying to find someone who doesn't try to intimidate the customer.
