They offered to fix it and I signed a release for them to fix it but they of course did not fix it....my loss of a couple hundred.... We dropped off, he got his clothes back OK, my pants were untouched. I offered to leave a pair of pants as an example of the length I wanted with the new ones and the they said it wasn't needed. Days later my new pants were hemmed too short. Although the dry cleaning was done OK the alterations were a hassle and done incorrectly. My pants were cut and now shorter than Capri's so unwearable. We're looking for a new place.

I called this place and when this guy answered the phone, I wasn't even sure if I reached a business. He said something. But it clearly wasn't "Hello" or "Cleaners & Alterations" etc. when I asked him if I had reached the right place, he said yes, but it sounded impatient and angry. I was wasting HIS time. I wanted to know if they had a price list. Nope. Don't have that. But he did say it would cost $20 to take up a pair of men's pants. I asked about a ladies skirt. He told me he would have to see the skirt. Then he hung up on me. Great customer skills.....NOT! So I guess I will keep trying to find someone who doesn't try to intimidate the customer.

Angie was not the least bit concerned about this or the fact that the wedding was two days later. Thank goodness I found Rainbow Cleaners who was gracious enough to do a quick clean to fix Angie's awful mistake. Steer clear- accidents happen but the owner doesn't take responsibility or care when they do.
