They look the same as if I had just dropped them off and I went to pick them up. I asked for light start and did not receive that in the clothes look like they have barely been pressed. I paid over $30 for three pieces. The young lady who assisted me when I dropped them off with the same person who was there when I picked them up and she had a nasty attitude. She looks like a new employee. I have been here several times and never seen that before.

My husband picked up his clothing, and we loaded everything up to go out of town for a funeral. Once there, he realized the pants he was given weren't his. He returned the pants to the cleaners and received a call later that day, where he was gaslit by someone from the cleaners who insisted that they were indeed his pants because they had a "video". My husband is very capable of knowing what belongs to him. Furthermore, rather than apologizing and acknowledging that a mix-up occurred, they insisted that he come in and watch the video. So, if you value your time and your clothing, do not go here.

I arrive at 4:30pm only for the representative to tell me it's ready but they can only take cash. I walked out, sat in my car and after 10 minutes of utter disappointment i just left. I don't think I will be returning in the future due to the pre-payment that is required and I was not satisfied with the cleanliness of his uniform and coat. Not to mention one of his medals from his uniform was misplaced. I did not make it a big deal I simply ordered another from online, I take full responsibility because I should've made sure everything was removed before hand. I always want to support black owned businesses and many times that is why I patronize them. This is my 2nd time here and I honestly can't recall my previous experience. I don't want to write all negative things but the Staff was very professional from the young lady I dropped my laundry off with and the older lady who assisted me. I used the drive up every time. Thankfully the uniform was not damaged and he was able to be in uniform and ready for roll call on Thursday.
