Over time we just settled on this place for a couple of reasons. 1 it is locally owned and operated, others may be owned but Nevers seems to be a local owner around. 2. They support the local schools & community organization for their events and sports. 3. Prices are reasonable, even with out a coupon.... They don't do coupons or honor other competitors 4. Convenience in location to drive in and out of and pick up, they will put it in your car for you. 5 they have a seamstress (think she is the Mother of the owners) to mend or fit clothes. 6 they will get your rugs cleaned. 7. They have never lost anything in 20 years. 8 99% of the time they get the stains out. 9. They can do 'light starch' on my husband's shirts. 10 only negative... Yes there is a 'pink' surcharge for women's attire. I did ask once why and although I didn't like the answer, it made sense. Dry clean equipment invented 60 years ago was mostly male workers, so anything not standard button up shirt or men suits have to be cleaned by hand... Even women's pants because the zipper is on the opposite side and smaller waste than hip. Hmmm. So not a neg I guess in Kim's, just the industry the never evolved, and why would it now... No clothing is standard any more

The pants still had stains on them and the cape had hair over it I don't think they know how to clean these types of items. It looks like they did nothing but put them on a hanger and put a plastic bag over them. I won't be coming back here. It was a waste of my money.

They look the same as if I had just dropped them off and I went to pick them up. I asked for light start and did not receive that in the clothes look like they have barely been pressed. I paid over $30 for three pieces. The young lady who assisted me when I dropped them off with the same person who was there when I picked them up and she had a nasty attitude. She looks like a new employee. I have been here several times and never seen that before.

I was calling to ask about my wedding dress that I had boxed up in February 2023. I didn't open the box in February to check it, my fault. I was waiting so I could display it on a shelf, well it's only in a box with a window. I could have done that myself. I thought they were vacuum sealing it or it would be a sealed box for $150.... I wasn't trying to take it back, only asking a question. she said my husband only had two shirts cleaned this year, he just picked up 8 items last Friday. I'm wowed at customer service these days. She wasn't even listening, she must have typed my number in wrong. We've taken clothes several times this year. I've never had issues with them until now. I'm feeling some type a way about going back to them when you will not even listen to what I'm saying or asking. Instead of making excuses, find out what the person needs and be more helpful Very disappointed You do amazing on my husband clothes, but learn how to be professional on the telephone.

I came here yesterday to wash my clothes and witnessed one of the most unprofessional and alarming…read morecustomer service situations I've ever seen in any business. Another customer calmly told the worker that the machine she was using did not have hot water. Instead of offering help or a solution, the worker (who I believe is the owner) became very rude and aggressive. She said, "Do you want me to take it out?" and then proceeded to physically remove the woman's clothes from the machine, causing water to spill all over the floor. What should have been a simple customer service issue turned into a heated argument that nearly escalated into a physical fight. The customer asked for her money back and was refused. When the customer left the building, instead of letting the situation calm down, the worker followed her outside and continued to yell. The customer was upset, but she was only expressing her frustration near her car. The worker then shouted things like, "You have no home training" and "You're from the projects." The worker was a white woman, and the customer was an older Black woman. Hearing comments like that in 2025 was upsetting, inappropriate, and absolutely unprofessional. As a Navy veteran, I stepped in to try to deescalate things, because the situation was genuinely unsafe. The worker continuing to pursue the customer outside could have easily led to someone feeling threatened enough to defend themselves. Situational awareness was completely missing. It could have ended very badly. I will not be returning to this laundromat. Beyond poor customer service, there were clear safety concerns and discriminatory behavior. No one should feel unsafe or disrespected while simply trying to wash their clothes.

Arrived around 7:30 am on a Sunday morning thinking I'm early guess I was early in my mind only because there were at least 8 people already there. The location was easy to find as it sits on the main road next to the gas station. This is one of those locations that still takes quarters and everything is machine operated. Though it is a smaller space, the walls are lined with machines, however, not all of them are operational. To our dismay, one of the machines ate our quarters and there was no staff on site to assist. As there is no staff presence, there is a sign with a number to reach out to if a refund is needed. This sign makes it seem as though this may be more common than uncommon, however, to our further dismay, we reached out to no avail. As of my review, it has been 5 hours since the text was sent and still, there has been no follow up from the staff. As we were ready on site, we stayed, washed our loads, dried our loads and departed. The good thing is that the dryers get really hot so the clothes do dry all the way through. Furthermore, though there is not any staff on site, there are cameras within the building, yet, I wouldn't go after dark. People who weren't washing were coming in to charge their phones. One person even came in to charge their electric scooter. This is when I knew it was time to go. Lucky for us, we were in and out without any major incident. Again, if you just need to wash and be about your day, this isn't bad option, however, go before dark and don't expect a text back if the machine takes your coins. #HappyWashDay
