Frankly they do an incredible job. Partly because Dennis has a lifelong career of being in the clothing business - from manufacturing to fabric care. When it comes to how to handle a garment, a stain , a whatever - he knows exactly what needs to be done. It's been a part of his daily life for 50 years. He also does the little things that delight his customers like: Always finding and removing spots (without my having to point them out) Collar protectors for dress shirts, so the collars don't get flattened or out of shape Folding sweaters perfectly on hangers so the necks don't stretch Tying the garment hangers together so I can easily hold them when taking home. Dennis really understands customer service and the staff takes pride in their work. They charge additional fees for nearly everything. For example, you can spend $200 on alterations, but they will still charge extra just to press the garment. Their so-called "express service" costs an additional $10 if you want your items back in less than seven days. Rather than listening to customer concerns or considering ways to retain customers, the owner seems more interested in arguing and defending these practices. Overall, the customer service experience has been disappointing. I would encourage the owner to focus more on customer satisfaction and community relations. Until improvements are made, I would recommend that others consider alternative businesses that provide better service and value.

It's in a small parking lot with a BP gas station and a barber shop next to it. When I went in I was greeted by a short older man. He was very nice. He and his wife works in the shop together. The shop is wide open with a counter and a platform with a three sided mirrors. There's a sitting area. The shop is clean inside. I dropped off my work clothes to be dry cleaned. I had about 10 items and I paid a reasonable price. The owner told me it will be ready in two days which was great.

I would give ZERO stars if I could!…read more I've given this place three chances, and each time the experience has gotten worse. The last two times were particularly bad! On my most recent visit, I brought in a beautiful white blazer for dry cleaning and two more blazers for a simple tailoring request--a small slit in the back of each jacket. When I returned to pick up the white blazer that was being dry cleaned, it was no longer white but a faded washed out blueish white. It looked like someone mopped floors with it. The man working there, Tuong, blamed the discoloration on the blazer from the blazer being "old", which was absurd since it was in perfect condition with only a minor makeup stain on the shoulder when I dropped it off to him. I left it there, told him to trash it, and he didn't charge me for the ruined dry cleaning. Despite this, I had already given him the two blazers for tailoring thinking it's only simply tailoring (4 inch slit in the bottom center of the back of the blazer) "what could go wrong". When I came back to pick them up, he tried to charge me without having done any work! NO TAILORING WAS MADE TO THE JACKETS. When I pointed this out, he rudely snatched the jackets from me and told me to return tomorrow. His aggressive and rude attitude was unacceptable. When I decided to take my business elsewhere and asked for my jackets back, he threw them onto the table towards me. Upon closer inspection at home, I found one of the blazers looked worn and stained, with both jackets missing their brand new tags!!!!! Tuong's service is disgustingly rude, and the quality of work is the worst I have ever encountered in my adult life. Avoid this place at all costs!

I went in this morning (Saturday, July 11th, 2026) and saw a young lady at the front counter I had never interacted with before. I usually see Destiny or Lupe and they are both amazing. The door was open and I said "good morning" and she responded "we open at 9am." I apologized and politely excused myself. When I went back to my car and looked at my phone, I saw it was 8:55 am. I could have waited, but I didnt. The door was open, she was right there, and could have assisted me despite it being a mere 5 minutes before opening. There's another dry cleaners down the street and I'm going to take my business there from now on. I was just dropping off 1 sports coat and I thought it was a little ridiculous to make me wait or go back to my car for 5 minutes when she obviously could have taken care of me. Never again. My apologies to Lupe and Desitny - both phenomenal and great humans... but something is being missed with basic humanity and customer service that she felt necessary to make me feel like she was doing me a favor by allowing me to drop off my things there. People have options and I'll go to the other cleaners down the street moving forward. ​
