Matthew and his coworker were driving through the neighborhood looking for work. Normally I am against hiring people that came up to my house, but I had a feeling about these guys. Let me start by saying I didn't actually use this company. I called them up and they came to give me an estimate I told him exactly what I wanted or cherry trees planted 3 ft x 3 ft hole rocks at the bottom compost topsoil the whole night just like the rest of this reason my yard it didn't seem like he was really listening to me much he kept talking about my other cherry trees and all the other work that he could do for me but in the end he gave me an estimate for $1,500. Finally my trees arrived but they arrived in separate batches so I planted two of them and I called him and said hey can you come plant the other two and he's like sure I'll do those two for 450. Admittedly I was confused but happy so I said sure sounds great come do it tomorrow then I ask him if he could remove the debris that was left over from the two holes that I did myself and he should said should probably just send me pictures. I sent him pictures and then he sent said that there was way too much work involved to dig those holes in the estimate was now for $1,500 to plant two trees. I pointed out that I already had an estimate for four trees of $1,500 and so how did it make any sense to pay $1,500 for two trees and he said that it was now more work and effort to plant two trees rather than four I did not hire them. In four days they removed and destumped six trees, removed an old slate patio and replaced with it with sod, and planted four little gem magnolias and 10 azalea bushes. We had Stringfellow's Tree Service come out to take down an extremely large tree at the side of our house that was starting to rot. 141 inches around at the base. The tree was enormous. The crew came out and did the job in 1/2 day, ground the stump, and cleaned everything. The yard is actually cleaner than when they started. They worked with the neighbor and made sure their yard was cleaned as well. At the end of the day as we were looking at other trees I noticed something was wrong with a different section of my roof.
