A few months back my wife and I started looking at new countertops during our search we seen the…read moresame granite and quartz tops that seems like everybody has not one style or pattern jumped out at us . We continued searching for a few more weeks when I came across Signature countertops we seen a few sample pics and thought what could it hurt to give them a call, I spoke with Jay he told me all about the custom tops he could do and set up an appointment to come out to the house to get a better idea of the space. He immediately gave us a few options that he thought would work with our existing cabinets and appliances and even showed us some sample boards of what the finished product would look and feel like, I was sold when he told me about the kind of materials he uses best quality will not crack or turn yellowish like I read a lot of epoxy tops do also the epoxy is food grade safe so no worry about harmful chemicals mixing with our food. Jay stayed in constant contact with us through the whole process and the finished product just amazed us our kitchen is a truly unique spacey it turned out even better than we had hoped it would look. We plan on giving signature a coffee table of ours to redo to tie in the kitchen and family room. If considering new countertops I strongly suggest giving signature a try ! Price was way lower than granite and we now have a space that is all our own.

I wouldn't say that any of them really impressed me to the point of carving out 20 minutes of my insane schedule to write a review, good or bad. Obviously that changed when I met CJ @ Illinois restoration... Unfortunately about 2 months ago I had toilet water coming through my ceiling into my therapy bay from the dermatology clinic upstairs. I obviously freaked out and immediately called CJ who I had recently been introduced to. He literally stopped what he was doing and was at my clinic in 15 minutes. He took control of the situation and to my astonishment, had a team pull an overnight to 100% clean and de-nastify my space. I was able to treat patients the very next day! The story doesn't end there. The people responsible for the mess were less than cooperative and CJ and his crew were phenomenal go-betweens to get the mitigation and the rebuild covered as quick as possible. I did not know that any mitigation company also did the rebuild work! 100% made a shitty (no pun intended!) situation so much more tolerable. I can't say enough about CJ and his team. Super fast, always answered the phone and exceptionally high quality work all around! Thanks guys!!
