After second message I sent him one asking if he was a Licensed Electrician. I mentioned to him how he quoted me two different quotes in less than a hour. Third & last message said only Yes. I didn't feel comfortable with his replies & felt he seemed untrustworthy, to me anyway. He did answer my request right away, I appreciated that.
