Contacted them for a simple running toilet; the tech's solution was a complete toilet "rebuild" ($600) or new toilet ($1100) because he could not figure out the problem! No explanation for the $200 charge which fixed nothing. I contacted a different plumbing service that corrected the issue pronto with a new $40 flush valve. Not hiring qualified employees for a basic plumbing 101 job is a bad business practice.

He continued to nickel and dime us for things I believe he didn't properly in the first place! Poor customer service and communication. As the owner of the building he was working on, I felt very out of the loop when I would personally call him, he seemed frustrated to discuss matters with me. He is charging us astronomical amounts for additional inspections and repairs, we still have insufficient water pressure issues, leaks, and unresolved issues that he was compensated for. He doesn't seem to be equipped as other plumbers to install vanities, refrigerators with water and ice dispensers, dishwashers, or stoves or washer and dryers either. He often didn't follow through with showing up when he said he would. Poor service and sub-par professionalism and work ethic. Would Not recommend

Fast forward to us scrambling to find a responsive plumbing service/contractor because the leak was constantly flowing. After several dead ends over a span of a few days, I found All About Plumbing. Ray and his team were very easy to work with. Responsive. Very reasonably priced. Ray recommended a great replacement and was able to come out on short notice (less than 24hrs). The only downside is that this business doesn't accept Credit Cards (they only accept check/cash/zelle) but I can't completely fault them for that. They're just a little more old fashioned with their operations. All in all, very happy with the service. I'd definitely reach out for any future needs.
