The people at hitches for less have an affinity for cats. They have rescued several and the cats roam the pleasant woodsy atmosphere surrounded by low cost trailers and hitches. I know nothing about hitches or hitching, but the guy I spoke to on the phone said that people have driven over 16 hours from New York just to buy something at their store (which must mean something). The facility is huge and they have a VERY big selection of strange parts that I do not know what to do with. Overall, it was a good experience. Hitch and ball draw and wiring on a two door for 219.00. Not so bad. I think? Now lets see if I can actually tow anything without breaking my car! Ha ha!

He did not get my order correct and he would not return my calls and emails in a timely manner. When I picked up my trailer he told me he would be ordering the glass and screen for my concession window and it would be there in about two weeks. Two weeks came and went and no window. I called to check on my order and Mackenzie told me it was not sent and it would be with the next order. Another two weeks, and still no window. When I called to check on my order today, Virginia recommended I go pick up the window from Quality Cargo myself. I contacted Quality Cargo and they had no knowledge of my order and even said they had literally just received an email from Virginia about my order. I called Mackenzie back to relay this information and he was not at all sympathetic or empathetic to my situation. I am requesting your immediate assistance with this matter, as I need a window for my trailer by Saturday, 12/13. I suggested that Mackenzie and I split the cost evenly of the window for my inconvenience, time and gas used to drive to pick it up, and his unprofessionalism.

Rock (the technician who worked on the car) could not start the vehicle due to something he had done during the wiper repair so he went to alldata.com and got some instructions on how to bypass this situation. What he ended up with is a vehicle that would start, but the C1 connector on the Drivers side fuse and relay module had to be pulled. This of course disables all features you need for a street legal vehicle like lights and turn signals, horn etc... They have taken a working vehicle and bricked it. They refused to repair this situation they caused because they said the vehicle was too old.
