Could not be more pleased!! took my car in today because of a chip in my front windshield. Curtis Williams had it fixed and ready to go in less than half an hour. during my short wait, the office manager Kia kept me entertained with good conversation. I will go back to this business whenever I have auto glass problems. Fantastic job, sunnyside glass! read more

UPDATE: DRIVING HOME YESTERDAY EVENING AND HEARD A LOUD RATTLE WHICH SOUNDED LIKE MY WINDSHIELD WAS COMING OUT, got home and saw the entire top molding trim was flopping around completely out ! I pressed it back in and called another glass company who will come Wednesday to look at it and hopefully fix it right. I will get something in writing from them as I have not heard anything from Sunnyside in regards to their failure on my car. I will follow up with the bbb.More updates Wednesday! Had my windshield replaced several weeks ago,I called back because I can hear and feel windshield coming through at highway speeds. Was told to bring it in for it to be checked and they had a worker drive my car with me in the passenger side, we hit a little 1 minute ride at speeds of 45- 50 and I had to tell him to put on a seat belt. Get back to the shop where he does a "pressure test" on one little area of my car and said everything is fine lol. At this point im going to go next week and see about a second opinion and see if I can get my "lifetime leak guarantee" .your not going to feel the air at 45 miles an hour. Perhaps if I have paperwork from another company saying yes there is a leak then it might get fixed read more

Service was excellent! Called Thursday afternoon to setup an appointment for Friday morning. Mike the technician had my window installed in under an hour and also suggested I get a new clip for my door handle and he would install it when I came back. I recommend if you need any type of glass work to give them a call!!! read more

Second time ( different cars) superb service, great pricing and as a female, I didn't feel like I was getting the scare tactic. Dont call anyone else. Call Sunnyside Glass read more

We called Sunnyside Glass based on a recommendation. We made an appointment, but the installer showed up with the wrong windshield. We determined that the person who scheduled the appointment did not ask the questions necessary. The installer, Jake, was very nice and helpful saying he would get it resolved. We waited a couple of days and didn't hear from them so we called back. They said they had us scheduled for the next day. The next day came and went as did the time they were supposed to come by. We called and they said they didn't have us scheduled and they were short staffed and couldn't come out. At that point, we felt like it wasn't a priority for them, so we moved on and looked for another installer. Two days passed and Jake contacted us to say he'd be there in 15 minutes to repair the windshield. He didn't have an appointment and there was no communication that he was coming. Of course, we had other plans, like picking up kids from school, so we thanked Jake who was very apologetic for the lack of communication, but we had moved on. Then a couple of hours later we got a call from the office. Seems like no one communicates much there either. We liked Jake, but wouldn't recommend Sunnyside Glass. Poor customer service and follow through from the office. read more

Fast friendly service at a great price. I've brought 2 vehicles here to have a windshield replacement and am very satisfied! Thinking about getting my windows tinted here to yep I am. read more

Very helpful business answered all of my questions. Dealt with my insurance to secure payment . Also gave me three different options for the repair . The windshield that needed replacement had window tint on it . They have window tint on location and tinted the replacement before install . Would recommend and use again ! Thanks read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. Not only where there several paint scratches and chipped paint around the windshield there was also a very large dent left in the frame of the pillar. I took the car for the owner to see the work within 24 hours and he acknowledged the chips were likely from the installation but would not accept responsibility for the dent his employe did to my car. Also, there was glue left all around the new window, they didn't even bother to clean it up and do a tidy install. I'm disgusted I gave them a dime and even more disgusted at the workmanship and the owners lack of effort to rectify the issue. After going to the owner first I took the car to Bellamy Strickland auto body and they were amazed that a glass company did such a poor job. The repair caused by this company cost $2000 plus the fees for my claim with court. DO NOT USE THEM EVEN IF THE OFFER YOU A FREE WINDSHIELD. The damage they do to your car will be far more than what you would pay for qualified glass instillation from a company with some insurance to make you whole and repair your car should their employees damage it! read more

They had the best prices around to install a side window in my 4Runner, are quick and have a clean waiting room. I was going to dock them a star inasmuch as Curtis, the owner, blew me some crap because, to save $60, I bought a used window from Andrews junk yard (which was a really frustrating saga in itself) rather than from him and seemed rather unpleasant. However, they were flexible about staying late to install it so I'll go with 4 stars. Kind of tough to find from Highway 19-41; you need to go to the Southern Pit BBQ and it's across the parking lot. Best bet is to go down the Old Atlanta Road. read more

We took my mother's truck there to have her windshield replaced in November and have had problems with it leaking ever since. We've taken it back several times to have it fixed, and it's still leaking. read more

Great staff and service. We had a little snafu on the parts and schedule because I brought two different Honda's in at the same time but they bent over backwards to make things right and work with my schedule. Never Never go to this place u will be very disappointed. If you want Tint done correctly find another place this place is a nightmare. They don't deserve any stars. They don't honor your appointments that they gave. And the work is horrible. I was referred here and I will tell the person who referred me there . HOW DARE U WHERE U ON DRUGS AT THE TIME U REFERRED ME read more

Great customer service, work and prices!!!!! Took our other vehicle to the Bass Shop downtown Griffin a few yrs ago (did a yep review on it)... they charged $130 to tint front 2 windows on 1500 and was extremely rude and racist... decided with our new GMC truck to try someone else that would appreciate our hard earned money... and I must say that Sunnyside Glass EXCEEDED our expectations with their (all the staff) kindness, great customer service, attention to detail, their work ethics and prices for sure (paid $50 less w front 2 windows on GMC pickup)!! Just gave my son their info for his wife's BMW that has a cracked windshield... will be referring everyone I know in need of their services to them!!! read more

They do really good work at a great price. We use them for out personal vehicles and work trucks.

I had a small crack that spread to the whole length of my windshield. I live in Lithonia and they came to me at the exact time they said they would come( 4pm )and my windshield was replaced in an hour. I paid $218 for a Toyota Corolla. I can't complain about anything. Well worth it. read more

This place is why I try to support small businesses. Fast, friendly and affordable. Highly recommend! Both times I've done business at Sunnyside Glass, Curtis has been friendly, honest and able to work with my schedule. read more

The man running the shop quotes me a price of $175 plus tax and states that the universal molding that is needed for installation is included in the price. When it's time to check out, he charges me an extra $10 for the molding. Walk out price is $190. I already had a quote of $185 for someone to come to my house and replace the windshield, why would I pay $5 more and have to drive to have the work done? Shame on me THIS TIME, I should have gotten the quote in writing. Where's the integrity? HE knows what he said. So much for trusting the little guy. Installation seems okay, it didn't leak on the way home. read more

I called on a Monday, had one window fixed that same day. I only had to wait 2 days for second window and he came to campus to install it. They were the lowest quote and so friendly! read more

I made an appointment last week to have the windshield in my 96 Acura RL replaced. Called and spoke to a person who referred me to the location in Griffin. I got a call from the Griffin location who gave me a quote and set the appointment for Monday the 16th a 1 P.M... Also received an email with the same quoted price. Took the day off, and arrived at the Griffin location at 1245 P.M... There was no one there and a sign on the door saying they would be back at 130. I called the number and the person I spoke to acted like all of this was news to him. He asked me what price was I quoted and when I told him he said that was wrong (of course it was higher than I was quoted). He then told me "someone had fumbled the ball" and that my glass was not even at the Griffin location. After taking the day off to do this, and then treated with such disregard, I would NOT suggest anyone do business with this company. You only get ONE chance to make a first impression, and this one sucked! read more

I would not recommend Sunnyside Glass for tinting windows. They tinted my windows and my windows has air bubbles in them. They took several days to respond to my complaint, then finally said they would re-do it, but me personally do not want them touching my windows again because if they got air bubbles in the tint the first time then I don't trust them to do it a second time. read more
