I know nothing about hitches or hitching, but the guy I spoke to on the phone said that people have driven over 16 hours from New York just to buy something at their store (which must mean something). The facility is huge and they have a VERY big selection of strange parts that I do not know what to do with. Overall, it was a good experience.
