I heard the adds on the radio and thought it would be a good place to shop - I was dead wrong. BUYER BEWARE!! I have no idea how he's still in business doing unethical things like this. I found the exact vehicle I wanted at Lee Ford and called. I spoke with Morgan and explained that I know what I want, have a quote from one dealer, another dealer still to call and was ready to make a purchase based on who could give me the best price. All 3 dealers had the exact same vehicle/options/trim package/MSRP so I was comparing apples to apples. Morgan was eager to help, gave me a price over the phone. I thanked her and told her that I still needed to call one more place that evening and she offered her personal cell phone for me to continue to be in touch, even after they closed at 7pm. I told her I would call back by the next morning at the latest. She said that she was off the next day, but please call anyway with our decision, whether she was getting the sale or not. Not wanting to call too early on her day off, I planned to call around 9/9:30 am. She called me at 8:10 to check in. Long story short, we got a substantially better price and at a dealer an hour closer to home in VA. I was disappointed that she could not at least match the lower price, as we would have driven the extra hour to give her the sale. We were so impressed by her willingness to be available after they closed that night and also the next day on her day off. I texted her after purchasing our new Expedition to thank her for going above and beyond to make herself available. She was happy for us, asked to see pics of our vehicle and told me if I had any questions about our new Expedition, to please feel free to ask. Wow! They couldn't find the filter when I got there to pick up my truck. Hmmm. They added DEF fluid at an OUTRAGEOUS price, when I specifically told them I would take care of that myself. If you complain about legitimate issues, no one cares and they will do absolutely NOTHING about it. I will not be back and I will tell everyone I can not to bother going there!
