Either the guys that work for the owner down right don't care or incompetent. I needed a new engine for my truck, my in law told me about this business since I had just PCS'd back to Bragg/Liberty. I thought the owner was decent and either he doesn't know what his employees are doing, specifically his daughter that works at the cash register or his son that supervises the projects upon completion. After my truck had been worked on, the truck never drove the same. Always stalled with many more issues. During time of warranty, I took the truck back and let them know what issues I had. I was told they fixed the issues but really saw no difference upon return of the vehicle. Since I knew I had just received a new engine, I took the truck to the dealership for a completely different issues thinking that would solve all the issues I was having. After a couple days and different diagnostics, I was told I needed a new engine. I told them that couldn't be when I in fact just had engine work completed. The difference this time was these guys showed me exactly where the issue was and recommended that I didn't get the job complete with them to save money. Upon return to Crumplers, the daughter who I didn't want to deal with due to previous encounter guess my issues wasn't important. Never seen someone eat a meal in your face when trying to resolve an issue. Not only did this lady have a nasty attitude from before now we got rude and customer issue isn't important. The son, called me to tell me after already spending over 8K with them I needed to spend another 700 and that would solve all my issues. I of course stated that he made no sense and what remaining issue he was referring to was connected to the engine. He of course back pedaled and then said well he wasn't there when the engine was out in he came to the project afterwards. Make a long story short these guys are clowns. Wouldn't recommend you get an oil change here. More than likely the oil wouldn't be replaced, hence untrustworthy and unreliable. Already working to ensure they are black listed from service members but I'm sure their local population will support due to convenience of location. Again, if you can, go somewhere else!

They had replaced the refrigerant and I was good to go but if the A/C went out again to bring it back. On June 3rd, my A/C stopped working again so I took it back to them. When I arrived to drop it off I was wearing my Army PT shorts and the front desk lady came closer, looked me up and down and said: "Look at those legs! I'm glad it's warm outside and that's right, I got no shame." I'm glad my wife wasn't there, cause it would probably have gotten ugly. Anyone would feel flattered with a compliment, but that felt completely out of place and wrong. Now imagine the opposite, I'm the one behind the counter and say that to a lady coming in as a customer? Later on, Bob called me and explained the Condenser was bad and it would cost $775 to replace it. I told him I would have to wait to get it fixed. He charged me again $50 this time which to my surprise would not be counted against the $775 if I brought it back to them. I just got off the phone with Auto Zone and they have a brand new Condenser for $120 w/ lifetime warranty. Called another shop and they can replace it for a fraction of the cost. Best of luck to anyone bringing your vehicle there.

Third time it's been two weeks transmission bad again! Each time I had to pay for transmission fluid out of pocket $275.00 second time he said warranty wouldn't pay all the labor so I had to pay $500 plus $275 for fluid! All because he said my maxima has spacers on rims. Total rip off because dealer ship quoted $6,000 for new transmission and I've spent that with this shop on used transmission. Total waste of money. Be careful because I think the transmission is not being replaced just fixed old bad transmission. Each time I took to Nissan dealership and it was in fact all three times another bad transmission each three times!!! Note: Joe said I had warranty but still car isn't working because he says the spacers on rims void warranty but those same spacers was on car when he first got the first transmission!!
