Yelp is helping companies like this scam by not posting these reviews.!!! First transmission lasted…read moreabout a month $2500 lost! Second transmission lasted not even a month! Third time it's been two weeks transmission bad again! Each time I had to pay for transmission fluid out of pocket $275.00 second time he said warranty wouldn't pay all the labor so I had to pay $500 plus $275 for fluid! All because he said my maxima has spacers on rims. Total rip off because dealer ship quoted $6,000 for new transmission and I've spent that with this shop on used transmission. Total waste of money. Be careful because I think the transmission is not being replaced just fixed old bad transmission. Each time I took to Nissan dealership and it was in fact all three times another bad transmission each three times!!! Note: Joe said I had warranty but still car isn't working because he says the spacers on rims void warranty but those same spacers was on car when he first got the first transmission!! Also most screws are missing under hood that was not put back. Tacky work. God doesn't like ugly! AND For YELP TO NOT POST MY REVIEW FOR OTHERS TO BE SCAMMED IS VERY UN LAWFUL!

Happy to report the following. A friend Drea next door business recommended this place. I called…read morespoke to Ashley very friendly very informative and superb customer service. I even asked her husband Steve Warren an automotive question, he did not hesitate to answer and offered to look into my possible issues. I had both vehicles service and I'm even bringing one again to change tires...its time. But wait thats not all....they do tire alignments here too booya. I don't think I've ever done a tire alignment on my Tacoma 2015. Soldiers, may be you were a MEPS waiver understand you have to plan ahead. You may have to wait a little. In closing, this has become my goto mechanic/tire shop and I highly recommend it. Thank You. For your haircut needs come see us @ My Barber 5953 Yadkind Rd. Guess what? Cheaper than posr

After being a dedicated customer for over 30 years, we are calling it quits with Earnie and Sons…read more First, when my husband brought his pick up truck in for repair, when he got the call that it was ready, and after spending $600+, it broke down within 1 block from the shop. Not only could they never figure out the problem, they charged us again for more work AND for the tow! Two years later, my hubby's other car began running rough. He dropped it off at Earnie's again. For the third time in two years, they changed the spark plugs and the initial coil. Before he could get off Owen Drive, the check engine light came on and it began running rough. Being non confrontational and a loyal customer, hubby wouldn't call to let them know they did unnecessary work, charged him, and didn't solve the problem. Instead, he is now taking it to the dealer. I couldn't stand the thought of them taking advantage of him (again) so I called and spoke to Sandy who relayed the information to Warren. When she returned to the phone she said, "If he wants to take it to the dealer, he can. We can go our separate ways.". I was appalled and shocked by his cavalier attitude, and heartbroken knowing that my hubby thought of them as family., Thank goodness he doesn't read reviews; I hope he never finds out how little they value 40 years of patronage and what he thought was a friendship.
