I have had physical therapy before and been passed along or left on my own, like in a gym. Chief…read morewas my first real physical therapy experience at age 65! After being diagnosed with nerve impingement in my shoulders, my doctor wrote an Rx for PT, suggesting another place in town. After seeing the reviews, I went to Chief. I am super impressed with the personal service and having a one on one with the same therapist (doctor). They really know their stuff and how the body is supposed to work. I had previously been given shoulder exercises elsewhere, but had never been taught the nerve glide that stretches the shoulder nerves to your fingertips. That and other exercises practiced at home proved to be the treatment I needed. The video instructions provided were extremely helpful to teach me to do the PT on my own. I love that this is a small practice that treats patients individually. It really made a difference in my treatment, and a bigger difference in my quality of life. The odd compliment was to stop going to their business because they taught me the skillset I needed to improve my situation. I appreciate how the exercises were explained as to the benefits they would provide. I will add one piece of advice to this review. Before surgery, seek out different doctors in different practices. Sometimes a neurosurgeon might readily intervene when physical therapy is the better treatment option. Based on my symptoms, I had two cervical discs fused and am not convinced the surgery was the best approach. Ironically, an orthopedic surgeon quickly diagnosed my shoulder nerve impingement and suggested PT over surgery. I will never know if my cervical fusion was necessary, but I am glad to have significant pain reduction and mobility thanks to the treatment at Chief Physical Therapy.

He is providing a whole body regimen, strength and mobility, to ensure not only a proper rehab but also a preventative program so we hopefully do not experience the injury again. From Dr Allen, to the great office staff, I cannot recommend Chief PT enough!!

When my wife asked the lawful reason, they terminated her and threatened police on us. Another\nFriend of ours, who has been coming here for quite some time. Also which terminated for unjustified reasons. He had no problem with it , but when he asked about the reasons he was threatened with police as well. They threaten police on their members , and as much as they want customers , they're also looking for excuses to get rid of some. Even if the reason is justified or not. People here are rude and bougie. Too crowded, and only a couple of employees are respectful. I have been lied to about how to contact corporate, they gave us a email that did not have response. They were trying to hide their excuses , and we're not willing to explain any justified reasons. Petty games were played. So I went to another gym , and i've had no problems there. If I were you, I would try to boycott this gym.Because they act like they're so friendly and then turn around and bite you like a snake. Unlawful termination is one thing you may have to watch out for. Trying to ban people for life when they can only legally ban someone for a year's time. The manager Maddie is a really rude human being.Don't let her smile fool you. And one of the coaches zach mesa is also one that threatened revocation and police unlawfully , like they want to abuse emergency services. Very Unprofessional group of kids working at this location.

Among all the LA Fitness locations I've visited across Canada, Washington, Oregon, and California,…read morethis one stands out as one of the best. The newer LIFT room is a major highlight, featuring multiple squat racks, high-quality machines, a wide range of free weights, and even an indoor sprint/sled track. It's clearly designed with serious lifters in mind. I'd give it a full 5 stars, but there are a few minor drawbacks: (A) The weight racks aren't labeled, making it unclear where to re-rack plates (B) There's only one set of barbell clips shared across eight benches on the main floor (C) The pool temperature felt a bit too cool--it could definitely be warmer That said, the gym is clean, well-maintained, and offers a solid mix of strength and cardio equipment. Overall, it's a great place to work out. ******And FYI ... my note to the the gym 4/6/26****** I visited the Winchester location a few months ago and recently came back. The LIFT room is excellent--really well done. However, I noticed both during my recent visit and last winter that there are about eight incline, decline, and flat benches on the main floor, but only one set of barbell clips available. As a result, some benches go unused, or members end up lifting without clips, which isn't safe. Adding more clips would make a big difference. This is honestly the only thing holding me back from giving a 5-star review. Thanks for your attention to this!
