Going on my 5th year as a member! I'm pretty active, workout 5-6x per week, so to get in a 25min stretch every week is great. Sometimes I'll group up the 25's and make it a 50min every two weeks. I usually stay with 2-3 therapist, they know my workouts the best, but all of them are great. I like how they are adding new free stuff all the time...I'll use the compression boots and recovery table all the time. Heck the compression boots alone are at least $60-$100 per month and it's free with my membership now! read more

I had a monthly subscription to the StretchLab in Gainey Ranch. This franchise is poorly run, and all the employees talk negatively about the owner. Apparently, the owner does not know about running a business, which makes sense because there's a high turnover here. There is always a new receptionist whenever I go, and they are ALWAYS late. I originally signed up with General Manager Samual Reeder and loved the flexologist Tabitha. I had a few sessions with Tabitha before she quit. She was full of knowledge and helped me with stretching. After Tabitha quit, I was disappointed because I had a new flexologist who could have been more knowledgeable. He used one of those massage guns you can buy on Amazon to kill some time, which I thought was a waste of my subscription, so I informed the General Manager, Samual, about it. I had booked with Alyssa, who's also fantastic, but she's typically always booked. I booked with Lori on Friday 9/1/23. I showed up early as usual and waited 15 minutes. The receptionist told me Lori wouldn't be coming in, so it was a complete waste of my time and not being notified beforehand that Lori wouldn't be there. I emailed Samuel about this (The GM) and he didn't apologize! I called him out for NOT apologizing. I'll attach a screenshot. Amazing! Felt better even after the first visit...very friendly and highly skilled and knowledgeable staff. Highly recommend. I'm confused why some folks were upset when they wanted to cancel membership. A membership is not required. I just pay as I go for sessions for same price. Would give -1,000 stars if I could. Why 1,000? Because that's the amount of money this "business" has stolen from me. UPDATE: It has been a week since I contacted this poorly run, disgrace of an organization and have yet to have a resolution. I followed up a few days ago and an employee claimed to have forwarded my message to the owner. The owner has not followed up with me. This is the most poorly run business I have patronized and I remain infuriated that that have stolen money from me. Original review: Words cannot describe how absolutely furious I am. I cancelled my membership on September 12 after experiencing multiple scheduling issues (appointments getting cancelled without notifying me, appointments not being reflected in their scheduling systems, calling to confirm incorrect times). I just found out they have been charging me monthly since then. This business is run in the most disorganized fashion and their sheer incompetence has cost me more than $1,000. If I am not issued an immediate refund, I will be reporting them to the better business bureau and taking them to small claims court. I'm also more than 7 months pregnant and do NOT need this stress right now. I will tell everyone I know to NEVER patronize this business- EVER, as it's been nothing but problems since day one. I signed up for a membership at a different location, different owner. I dont like supporting bad customer service. Dont go here! Bad service! Couldnt get past the receptionist/general manager to even try their stretch therapist. Fyi: my store makes over a million a year. I'd be horrified if any of my staff talked to a guest in the way stephanie spoke to me. And she is the general manager! Yikes. Especially a customer that was already loyal to the brand. The service they provide is fine. Their business model is slimy and disgusting. I physically bought in a written document stating I no longer wanted to be in the membership they threw the letter out and continue to charge me for the membership. I've called and tried to get the charges reversed and I am unable to do so. So to the general public beware do not fall for their introductory stretch because they then sign you up for a membership that it's impossible to stop. I can't say enough good things about Stretchlab. My daughter plays soccer at a very high level, and the work the girls did on her at Stretchlab made a very noticeable positive improvement in her performance on the field, and her ability to recover from hard training sessions. She is 5'10" and staying flexible has always been a challenge. The girls at Stretchlab knew exactly what to do for her based on her body type and sport she played. read more

stretchLab's assisted stretch program is extremely beneficial. the Gainey location is run well and most of the flexologists do an extremely good job. they are all trained and certified which makes a huge difference versus many of the other companies in metro Phoenix claiming to know what they are doing with stretching. Be careful who you go with, but start with StretchLab. read more

I've been a member of Stretch Lab for about 2yrs, before I used to go see a couple therapist not so regularly due to the cost and the inconvenience of booking. Stretch Lab at Gainey, and the other ones within this network are perfect for me and my schedule. Whether it's Gainey, Arcadia, Paradise Valley, etc..I can hit any one of these and get a great stretch. When I'm working our really hard, I'll use my (4) each week, in slower months, I'll combine and do (2) - 50min, it's so convenient and easy. It took me a couple times to figure out which stretch person I work best with, but they are all trained well, it's just some have additional techniques they use. 8/10 times you're gonna get more than you expected. I'd take them up on the free 15min stretch, see if you like it, then give it a month or two of consistently going in there, you'll know if it works for you by then. I'd choose one location at first, get to know the crew, work on one or two things (I think hip mobility is huge!), and come early to use (for free!) the vibrating rollers and guns! read more

This place is great! Especially as you get past your 20's and you begin to feel rigamortus set in like me. I played a lot of golf growing up and have some tightness in my back, shoulders, and hips. Some days are better than others, especially if I get my rest and do some stretching myself. But I can't get as good a stretch on my own as I can here. I tried massage envy and a couple others but this place has the best stretch therapists who are all very educated and come from all sorts of backgrounds of either massage, personal training, yoga instructors, etc. One thing they have in common is they are all healers. I always feel incredible when I leave. My range of motion is enormous, my posture is better, and I feel like I can move properly and athletically again. If I was going to play a serious round of golf where I wanted to play my best. I would have to schedule a stretch with stretch lab prior to my round to give myself the best chance of moving and swinging well. read more

I've been going to Stretchlab for just over 2 months now and what a difference it has made in my shoulders! Bobbi is awesome and really understands how all the muscles and tissues work and explains everything. He continues to push me and work with me and I have noticed a huge improvement in my overall mobility. It has been better than even 6 months of PT. The whole staff at Stretchlab is awesome.
