As soon as I came into the establishment I was greeted with a warm welcome from Kenzie. She checked me in right away, went through the process and informed me on what I would expect. My stretch practitioner Kierra I. was just as incredible. She listened to my concerns, walked me through the process and provided much needed relief to my body. Kierra I recommended what areas I need too work on and how many times I should come a week. I appreciate both Kenzie and Kierra I, for their kindness and knowledge. I can't wait to come back to stretch zone and recommend my friends and family.

I received a free appointment at Stretch Zone Winter Park and I enjoyed it thoroughly. When I…read morearrived, Josie was finishing up with a patient, and shortly came over to walk me through the questionnaire. The establishment has an open concept so patrons are stretched out in the open. There are padded beds in a row towards the back. In the front, almost right at the entrance, is a desk. To the right of it is a waiting area. You take off your shoes when getting onto the mat and they do a great job of contacting you prior to your appointment to let you know to wear something comfortable (athletic wear preferred). As this was my first time being professionally stretched, I was a little shy about being in the public view, but Josie and I held conversation the entire session and this feeling went away. Josie is really good at what she does, and she made me feel very comfortable. I enjoyed the stretch and it was an awesome experience.

I've now reported them to the State of Florida Attorney General's Senior Hotline for senior fraud & abuse.

I started working out there with a personal trainer 18 months ago and later started taking group fitness classes and Pilates. I find all the instructors to be highly trained and skilled with a deep passion in understanding my individual needs and goals. With their guidance, I've been able to achieve my strength training goals. I get a lot of personal attention, excellent advice on nutrition and healthy habits and constant encouragement and motivation to keep me on track. There are a wide variety of group fitness classes that I enjoy taking. The instructors make the classes fun and exciting and I've made many great friends along the way. In particular, I enjoy the kettlebell class to keep my heart rate up as well as the yoga class to keep me calm and grounded. I'm glad that I found Zero Gravity Fitness and I would encourage anyone seeking personalized and hands on help in achieving their fitness goals to give them a try.

I had a good friend take me to Zero Gravity for a buddy workout. The next day I signed up. I realized this was the gym for me and this will be my final stand to take back my health. I needed help. Thanks to zero Gravity and my trainer Leo I've lost over 50 pounds. There's no shortage of support here from other members to other trainers. This is just a great gym with great people that will care about you. I don't normally write reviews but I hope this can help kick start someone's fitness at Zero Gravity. Hopefully this can help you like my friend did for me years ago.

I have lifted weights and done yoga for decades. I liked them but there was something missing. I…read morewould find myself looking at the clock during workouts and not being fulfilled. Tai Chi at the MACH fills that gap. It is aerobic, anerobic and most important: brain enriching. I don't watch the clock in workouts, they are too absorbing. I leave each session with a safely tired body and an endorphin filled mind. On top of that the instructors are tremendous people, kind, genuine and caring. They take the time to instruct each individual while guiding the entire class. There are no egos here, the other classmates are all for one and one for all despite that I am an newbie to Tai Chi and some of them have been there for a dozen or more years. I cannot stress how transformative it has been in the only 3 months or so since I have been attending.

Instructors are all so kind, welcoming, encouraging and knowledgeable. They're all skilled in a variety which I enjoy because every practice is different. I really love that it's a safe space for beginners and true yogi's alike. Each practice can be modified or enhanced. You're encouraged to come in and just flow with whatever your body needs. Whether that's making it through the whole practice move for move or resting in a child's pose. Instructors also take note on the vibes of the class prior by taking suggestions (such as focusing on abs, hip openers, shoulders etc..) into account and implement it which is appreciated. Now I will say the heat is no joke. Best way to describe, think yoga in a sauna. Prepare to be drenched. *Pro tip: bring a towel that will cover your mat. There are classes without heat as well as Yin (slow paced) available. I enjoy coming here mainly because it's improved my physical as well as my mental. I always leave here feeling sweaty, happy and accomplished!
