If I could give ZERO stars, I would. This is the absolute worst location in this company I've ever dealt with, and it's filled with horrible, disrespectful people. The staff can't get anything right, and they treat you like absolute garbage. The level of customer service here is appalling, and it's beyond me how this place is still in business after they treat s mixed family. When Linda Brooks ran the Troy location or Jason Bird managed it, things were a million times better. Now? A total disaster. Stevie, the so-called manager, is hands down the worst customer service "professional" I've ever encountered. She wouldn't even try to fix the issues at all, was like it is what it is,and her energy is totally I hate being here attitude. I've been a loyal customer since the Minneapolis location opened, even worked at the Troy location when it first launched, and have visited the Las Vegas location multiple times when in town. But this? This is a new low. I walked in today, thinking I had a family membership, and was greeted by Anna, who clearly had no clue what she was doing. She looked overwhelmed and like she couldn't care less. It's FATHER'S DAY, for crying out loud, and I was told I wasn't allowed entry unless I paid an additional $60 for my wife and son. We had just driven 54 minutes to get here, and now I'm being charged for MY OWN MEMBERSHIP and family. How is that even a thing?! What happens to caring about the customers. But that's not even the worst of it. The dry heat sauna was broken last week, then the power went out, then they closed for another outage the week before that. And now, after all that, they're charging me another $60? For what? Because of their incompetence and caring about the customers. Stevie was rude from the jump, disrespectful, and had the worst dry attitude imaginable, treating me like I was some inconvenience to her. After that, she just sat in the back office, not doing a single thing to help. Not once did anyone offer a solution or show any sense of care or respect for my situation. Honestly, it was like I was invisible. At this point, I'm seriously considering canceling my membership because this company clearly doesn't care about its members or guests which you can see with the 3 star reviews. Without us, you have no business, no revenue, and no reason to exist. So why on earth would you treat your paying customers like this? The lack of respect is beyond infuriating. If I could rate this place NEGATIVE INFINITY, I would. And you better believe I'm going to put this all over my social media. I have millions + of followers, and I will make sure everyone knows how NOT to treat their customers. I'm done. DO NOT RECOMMEND--I'm about to cancel my membership, and I suggest you do the same if you value your time, money, or dignity. I'm so mad left a voicemail for lawyer !! Racism and Discrimination is some something real and very bad here. #HorribleService #WorstExperience #CustomerNoService #Unbelievable #CancelingMyMembership #NeverComingBack

Prior to Workout Wednesday, I was on a search to find a reformer class so I decided to sign up for the intro package. The intro package is the way to go! If you have done Pilates before, this is still the way to go. I tried a private class, multiple semi-private classes, and multiple group classes. The equipment is awesome! They have reformers, towers, and more! Game changer. The classes are small. At Club Pilates I was in a class of 10 versus 4 - 2 people. You get personalized attention to correct your form. I tried so many classes and different instructors to see what I like and who I like. Really.... I love all of it! From the group tower classes to the personalized attention I get in the semi-privates, I decided this was the studio for me. The are a handful of options when it comes to classes per month. There is a monthly option that comes with X classes depending on the level you sign up for. You can also purchase classes in a 10 pack. This applies to semi-private and group classes. That's what I went with since there is more flexibility. The 10 packs expire in 1 year. I'll be using them up a lot sooner and it gives you a discounted price compared to the drop in rate.

Have you ever been straped to a metal sled around your waist and ran with it on a dirt road,…read morefeeling like an ancient slave trying to build a pyramid? Or lifting weights to train your triceps like starting the engine of a lawn mower? I have never thought I would ever, EVER, want to do any of these, or weight lifting, or even workout in a gym before coming to train with Dominik.( Not gonna lie, I am still not a big fan of it, BUT) I love how effective the workout was designed and the result I got just by training for few months. And most of all, it's not boring, with good challenges and variations everytime I trained. It motivates me, someone who lack of self discipline. I am the type of girl that love exercises for purposes, like sports for enjoyment and fun, dance and yoga for body forms and shape. So going to a gym seems dull and boring to me. I even tried crossfit before and absolutely hated it. Until a friend of mine introduce Dominik for personal training. Like most people( that I know of), whose metabolic rate just get slower after late 20s, it just seems harder and harder to maintain body weight and shapes. So I decided to give personal training a try, since it seems like regular exercise doesn't work for me anymore. And it was a game changer. Dominik not only creates personalized sets of workout for the body frame that I want, (since I wanted to keep a feminine look not muscle builder) but also advising on the diet that I should have. It's all about a healthy eating habits, and balancing with effective workout, like HIIT. It is a new thing to me and I am amazed by the result it yields. He is also very knowledgeable about body muscle structure that I have never gotten injured. I felt like I always learn something new every time i trained, about health, body sculpting, and nutrition facts. I would highly recommend this trainer for anyone who's in need for one. Especially for those that are lack of self discipline and wants result with minimal time spent on exercise (like me, lol), he would be a perfect candidate to start your healthy goal. Tip: training is held in the definition fitness, the building located behind the flex fitness

It's definitely worth it..you will NOT regret it!!!

I attended this boot camp for 3 weeks straight and there was never 1 workout that was duplicative of another day. When i signed up for the boot camp I thought that I would be able to do two classes but not a chance. Once you are done with one of these classes there is no way for me at least that I could do another 1 right behind it. Additionally one thing that I really love about the fit body bootcamp is that not only do they keep you motivated they also come over and physically show you how to do each 1 of the exercises even after they have demonstrated it beginning of Class. I wish that this is something that I could do all of the time because it is very motivational and it keeps you on your toes and you don't get bored ever. When a friend recently invited myself and my colleague (the owner of the studio where I work) to participate in a private training session, we took advantage of it. We agreed that it was one of the best workouts we had done. We returned the following week to attend a group class. Having trained at Barwis on two occasions, to say that we were impressed is an understatement. We found a fitness facility that can supplement our martial arts training, and get us in amazing shape. First of all, the facility is clean and stocked with state-of-the-art fitness equipment. Weight machines, battle ropes, bands, hurdles, Swiss balls, boxes (for jumping), treadmills, slam balls...you name it, they have it. There is a turf field that runs the length of the facility; I believe it is 100 yards long, perhaps even longer. Second, the trainers are straightforward, encouraging, and knowledgeable. I found this to be true during both private and group sessions. Third, the workout is intense and results-yielding. I have never participated in an hour-long exercise regimen that hit all muscle groups. The soreness lasted for a few days, and short-term results were immediately noticeable. I am looking forward to the longer-term results! In short, Barwis is a state-of-the-art facility with top-notch instructors. If you want results, choose Barwis.
