Camarrillo Stretch Lab policies are a joke! A few months ago I was experiencing chronic pain and decided to try them out and was convinced after my first session with Scott ( the only good thing about that place ) I wanted to try out membership. Don't do it !!! Policies make no sense you can't transfer sessions, give away stretch to a friend or extend pass a time period. I was going into knee surgery and left 5-6 sessions on the table they would not budge in accommodating my time off, rather they wanted to keep charging me until I returned. Fast forward almost six months later they reached out to me to return, really ? GM Sam gave me back my credits and started booking without my knowledge and reneged on commitment to complete my sessions. All they wanted was my CC again. Run aw Be careful of them just sticking you with a therapist that does not meet your needs. if you have chronic pain or surgery not all of them were trustworthy of my trust. Ask questions and make sure they don't hurt you Bottom line for the hype and cost not worth it, however if you come across a good therapist stick with them. I give company policies & membership a 1 star only because they took the time to write them. read more

The customer service was terrible. I had to cancel after one month due to mobility issues and distance. Instead of offering to work out anything they went straight to I owe them for another two months. I finally got them to just charge me a cancellation fee of $150, instead of paying $189 for two more months. I understand what I sighted up for, but there are always circumstances that arise, and they could have cared less. And honestly , the stretching did not really do anything for me. If it works for there's, great, but they won't get any good recommendations from me. read more

Superior operation for certain. I've been "stretched" at both Ventura and Camarillo locations and all I can say is GREAT SUPERIOR OUTSTANDING and EXCELLENT. At 75, I needed to get back into "fighting shape" -- knowing that you either use it or lose it. While I played every sport when young, I've spent way too many hours at a desk...and, yep, that flexibility and strength ebb away one day at a time. The staff and Flexologists at both locations are superb...very helpful...totally professional and anxious to serve your unique needs. Highly trained, they figure out how to make maximum use of your time on the bench. I'm seeing great progress after only 6-sessions. I'm certain I'll continue on the 8-sessions/month plan for a looooong time to come. Great rate, and flexible schedule. Get it. You'll appreciate the impact for a long time. read more

I recently needed some help with a very stiff neck with limited range of motion. I hadn't seen my doctor yet concerning this so I decided to give the Stretch Lab in Camarillo a try. I live in Ventura but I figured if it helped me it would be worth the drive. The people who run Stretch Lab are very nice and informative. It's a pricey program but my attitude was that my health and well being would be worth it. I wasn't wrong. The employees know what they're doing and were of immediate help which provided relief. The more I went to my sessions the better my neck felt and the greater my range of motion became. There are different people who all have their own techniques and of course personalities. I recommend trying several different people to find the one that you think is doing you the most good. When my initial membership ran out I was very happy with the customer service I received from Miguel. He helped me with a billing problem that needed solving and he was very helpful. All in all, the Stretch Lab is a great option for someone who needs just a bit of help in decreasing pain or adding flexibility to the body. read more

Went for the first time today. I have never done any chiro or massages or stretching and honestly I would seriously recommend 10/10. My stretchiologist Sergio, was seriously the best! Very professional and makes you feel right at home. If you go make sure to get Sergio to stretch you out! You come out feeling so light and like weight has been lifted off your shoulders. No matter what kind of day I'm having, even on the days I don't feel like going, EVERY single time, - I leave feeling SO good!! StretchLab has made such a huge difference for me. I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and a desk job. When I sat too long, I would have to 'walk off' a limp. Pushing myself to walk a few miles, I always ended up hurting myself. But since I've been going to StretchLab once a week, I no longer limp! You don't know how big of a deal that is for me! I'm feeling less pain and I know its because of stretching. We joined when they opened. The staff is always friendly and helpful. It may take a visit or two to identify what you want from your therapist, but it's great to have consistency with one person once you do. Yes, you can definitely do your own stretching! But, you'll never get as deep or thorough a stretch as when you get one that is assisted. The staff also gives recommendations on things you can do at home in-between visits. read more

So happy I discovered Stretch Lab end of last year. The expert assisted stretching is amazing . After a 50 minute stretch, I walk out of the place feeling like a new person.
