I didn't feel like the movements were too difficult for my skill level (which is more of a beginner, closer to intermediate I'd say), and there were a variety of options for all skill levels so that you didn't feel left out. This class wasn't incredibly serious, but it was more laidback and fun. That is also something I really enjoy because I feel less stressed/anxious. If anything, the smiles and laughter kept me interested and made me feel like I've been going there for ages. If you want to go out and try something new without the feeling of judgement then I highly recommend! Plus you get to work out while having fun! Sounds like a win/win to me. I love the variety of classes and each instructor has his/her own style so you may want to try several classes to find the right fit. The classes are reasonably priced and you can schedule online or with their mobile app ... very convenient! The gym is clean, but it pretty much ends there for it being a good gym. The equipment is old, cracked and missing pieces so things like the 45lbs plates are rarely 45lbs. You could also pay $10/day, which is then 130% more than a week pass. With other gym options available, like Planet Fitness who actually give you one free day there are other more gyms friendly to out of town guests.

First of all I drove 40 minutes out for the interview and when I got there I was only supposed to coach the warm ups but I decided I'll stay and help out how I could through the whole session. after I was ghosted by the manager/hiring team, not even a text to let me know if I was hired or not or let me know how I performed and also not even a follow up with the owner like the interviewer promised. HE LITERALLY SAID THAT THE OWNER WILL SEND YOU A TEXT AND LET YOU KNOW HOW IT WENT. I can't judge the personal training aspect I still rate it a one star basically a waste of gas, waste of time and left me feeling like maybe I'm not wanted or adequate enough to be a trainer.
