When we asked about canceling, a staff member advised us via text that we needed to wait until the first payment drafted before canceling. Because of that instruction, the cancellation ended up being outside of the three-day rescission window in the contract. When we tried to resolve the issue and explained that we followed the guidance given to us, the refund request was still denied. What's frustrating is that we have the text message showing the instruction we were given, and the membership and sessions were never used at all. We also asked for corporate contact information to have the situation reviewed at a higher level, but were told the billing department was the only contact available. Very disappointing experience with how this situation was handled.

She is able to get me to push beyond the "I can't..." mentality to the "I can..." mentality. She makes exercise fun. If I'm not laughing during the workout, I can be assured that I'm not working hard enough. She focuses on what is good for you and demonstrates the exercises she wants you to do, then does them WITH you so that you have a buddy to work with. You can work out in an individual session or in classes with other people and she only works with women. I can't rave about her enough. She's a tough taskmaster, but gives you a high-five and a hug at the end of the workout. You definitely can't go wrong, working with her.

Each time I reached out, he responded promptly via email and made the whole process easy. That kind of reliability means more than people realize. Today, TK went out of his way during a situation where I was genuinely stressed and racing against a deadline. When I first explained what I needed, he pointed me to the app where I could access my statement directly -- which I appreciated. But when I explained that the statement was missing some details that I specifically needed, he listened, understood exactly what I was asking for, and took care of it without hesitation. He didn't just send it either -- he called me back to make sure I received it and stayed on the phone while I confirmed it had everything I needed. That's not required. He recognized the urgency and acted on it. I had a lot going on today and these two made one part of it easier. That matters. I also want to extend a general thank you to the entire team at this location -- the staff has consistently been friendly and welcoming, and that has not gone unnoticed. My son comes here regularly and always feels welcome, and that kind of environment means a lot to a parent. Based on the verbal explanations provided, I understood that I would be able to bring my son as a guest, which factored into my decision to proceed. After enrollment, I was informed that my 14-year-old son could not be brought as a guest. To address that, I enrolled him under a family membership. Separately, I brought my son's 16-year-old neighbor and friend as a guest. I entered his information into the system at the front desk, and he was allowed to work out with us on three separate visits without any questions or issues raised at check-in. At a later point, I was told that guests between the ages of 16 and 18 must be family members, which conflicted with both my initial understanding and prior experiences at the facility. Additionally, I called the location to speak with a manager regarding these inconsistencies. After an extended wait, I was informed by the staff member who answered that the appropriate person to address my concern was the customer service manager, who was on break and unavailable. I was told they were working out with their girlfriend at the time, which gave the impression that customer service concerns were not being prioritized. This reflects a lack of integrity and/or training in my opinion, resulting in differences between what was explained at sign up, what was allowed in practice, and what is now being enforced. I

The workouts are tough but don't let that scare you - everyone there was once a beginner and at least for myself - out of shape. When I started I couldn't do five pushups on my knees, but now I can do 20 pushups on my toes! The sense of accomplishment you feel after finishing an hour workout is incredible. I sleep better, I feel better, I look better. If you are unhappy with your body and can commit to working out three times a week, you'll see a difference in your body in under two months. This gym has a layout similar to the one in Allen, with two floors; weights on the first floor, and cardio/group fitness classes on the second. The front desk staff were super chill and friendly when we came in with our buddy pass. They didn't try to complicate things or push memberships on our friends. The weights are spread out across different sections rather than just one row like at other locations. Two of the wipe stations were out on a Sunday, which isn't great, especially since that's not even a particularly busy day. Overall, it's still a great location and closer to our friends, just in case we decide to do group workouts.
