After patiently waiting 45 minutes to be seen for my scheduled appointment time, I approached the receptionist to ask how much longer the wait would be because I had another appointment to go to. She told me that she didn't know and that I had to wait my turn because everyone else there was dealing with something too and had other things to attend to after the appointment just like myself. She was condescending towards me but whenever my mom spoke with her, she was polite. I just asked a simple question and was met with impoliteness for no apparent reason. I don't think someone who lacks customer service skills should be sitting front desk dealing with customers.
