This office is a joke!!!!…read more After seeing this doctor and several sessions of physical therapy (16 were prescribed!) I wanted to see another specialist. I returned to this office to get my x-rays and the manager told me that the only way to get them is on a CD and I was charged $10.00 for it. I told her that I have 3 computers at home and none of them have a CD player. No one uses CD's anymore. I brought a USB key but she did not want to use it. Guess why? She answered that "It is the way that it is here and all our computers, laptop and desktop, have a CD player" (maybe also a floppy disk reader). You can imagine how old their computers are and how dated this office is!!! All my other physicians have a patient portal and x-rays can be immediately viewed and downloaded. I had to go back because the CD was blank!!!! The second CD did not work either because they forgot to include the software that they use to burn the CD and be able to read it. The third one also cannot be opened on a Mac or PC. I had to do the X-rays again.
